A 3 1/2 hour delay and numerous calls to find out what was happening made the experience very stressful although when you did get a van to us the drivers were very efficient
Avoid this company!!!! Save your hard earned money and find a different mover !!! The driver Daniel was fantastic. However the company had massively let him down. #1 I received a phone call the night before from the assistant of the original driver to say that they couldn't come at the agreed time
of 10 am.Wee agreed to move the time to 8 am .... No one appeared at 8 am but thankfully Daniel did arrive at 10 and the move was completed. However.... We paid the full amount for the original driver who didn't arrive ... He needs a zero rating! There is nobody to talk to ! Shocking customer service.
