Driver was great, no faults. Your platform however is misleading. The website really gives the impression that I had a specific guaranteed driver booked as it showed me different drivers with differently priced quotes. I chose a specific one for a specific price but then a random driver I did not choose was assigned anyway and for a price that did not match what your website quoted for him. I understand my booking was made only the day before but it was stressful waiting to see if a driver would be assigned when your website gave the impression it was all guaranteed. It looks like things run a bit like the uber model, which makes me concerned for the pay and rights of your workers. I wouldnt have booked if that business model was made clear from the start.
