Could not have been two more hardworking guys. They instantly got on with it and moved some really heavy stuff and were resllh happy to help with everything and were respectful - whilst doing all of it on the hottest days of the year! Highly recommend

Gaucho was courteous and did all the heavy lifting. He was amazingly efficient and flexible so he fitted in with my plans. He went the extra mile and I’d gladly use him again. I should say Gaucho stepped in at short notice to cover for another man and van who couldn’t do the booked job. Top marks for Man and Van for making sure I wasn’t let down.

I can not recommend this mover enough. So polite, so efficient, so professional. Made moving stress free, even with a small baby and lots and lots of stairs. Driver and his helpers where amazing. I hadn’t initial booked helpers, but they were in the van for the next job and where more than happy to help and very reasonably priced, even at such late notice (and great to see women movers!) #GirlPower. Cannot believe the sheer strength and work ethic! Thank you thank you.

Goucho is fabulous- he managed to make all our items fit, secured, safely on and off loaded all with a smile. People like him are hard to find and we are so thankful for his last minute help today! Van had lift in back, he has a trolley and lots of straps and blankets- so professional.

A great team & excellent service. Would highly recommend Gaucho again. Very professional & very helpful all round. I do want to comment on Compare the Man and Van though.... they created confusion about what charges are applicable when you go over your allocated time. They didn’t mention that you only pay additional half hour periods IF it’s all still part of 1 trip. If driver needs to make 2nd trip then they charge extra. So I was charged £75 per extra hour rather than the original hourly rate of £50. This was not the drivers fault but rather lack of details given to me by CTMAV. Point to note when you book: Read the small print CMV response: Please note that the driver's half hourly rate for if you go over your booked hours is clearly visible both before you book, and also on the confirmation you receive on booking and we are sorry that you missed this information.

We loved moving with the Gaucho team! They’re both gentle and friendly. They’re very fast and they took unforeseen changes in their stride - we moved nearly double boxes I had planned on, so they planned and measured and they both just kept going until everything fit in the truck. Because of our many boxes and a road closure on the route, the move took 2 hours longer than expected. We didn’t have cash on us to cover the extra hours and, in the chaos of moving, we had lost our card reader and couldn’t do a bank transfer... and they trusted us to complete the transfer the next day. Yes, they’re really that nice. I’m keeping hold of their details, as I’m absolutely positive we’ll use Gaucho Transports again.
