Masood was amazing, really lovely and helpful. The lady who spoke to me earlier was also really nice and sincere when helping me. However the company that we ended up with was over 3 hours late and just refused to communicate with me. It was a really disappointing experience and for that reason I won't be using this site again.

Akhter was amazing through and through, he went above and beyond to ensure all of our items fit safely and securely into the van- including difficult ones like large plants, heavy antique furniture and a fragile dressing table. He was extremely helpful in moving heavy furniture and was extremely positive and patient. Akhter’s attitude, personality, positivity and joyful spirit made both of our days and made the move feel half as long. Such a truly wonderful person inside and out, and an expert in his craft. I would specifically request for Akhter’s amazing assistance with any other future moves :)
Our driver was very professional, chatty and helpful. He helped to load/unload everything from the van itself which was nice as we didn't ask for that. He made the process of moving across London quick and easy.

Driver was very friendly. He was late because of traffic but called in advance to let us know and we still got our booked two hours. We had a problem that needed sorting when we got to the drop off location, which he was very helpful and understanding about as well. Only slight negative was that he stayed with the van after moving our few pieces of heavy furniture, not helping us move bags and suitcases up or down stairs. Rode in the van with him wearing a mask with friendly conversation. I would recommend!

The driver left the stuff on my door and did not get it into the house. I had to do it myself. In that process, I had to leave the stuff outside my house whilst I was moving stuff and someone took one of my shopping bags. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

Errol was amazing. My wife is pregnant so couldn’t help of course. A 4 strong team ought to have done the job, but Errol and I completed the move on our own. This shows how accommodating and hard working he is. Nothing was a problem.

They were quick. No hanging around. Just got the job done and had a friendly yet professional manner.
I'd like to thank Errol dor helping us with our moving. Don't know about straps or blankets, as we didn't need these. But he had a trolley, which came very handy as there was no way to get the van right to the entrance.
This was the best decision I have ever made - it made moving so easy and nothing got broken!

This was the second time I use that company on the day 26/05 at 11:00 AM the driver was amazing was very dedicated to me and was brilliant service they help even to take the stuff and leave it on my floor. One the second day 27/05 the driver was amazing but they said to me every single floor need to be charged £6 per floor. I didn't expect that but the rest of the service was amazing.

The drivers name was Errol, he was the least professional removal company that I have ever used. From the offset you could sense he didn’t want to be here. He keep complaining about why he took the job and then complained about the stairs and to add insult to injury he didn’t even complete the job. The task was too daunting for him, take a double wardrobe to another address. The second team I used that day did it with ease. To back up the arrogance it would be suggestible to have the ability too. Poor! Amateur!

I paid for bringing my items up to the 1st floor at the destination. The driver complained and then he realised he was wrong. I tipped him anyway to give him an incentive. Never going to use him again, too lazy.

I'm quite surprised at that review. For one, I was 5 minutes late due to traffic, the van is always fully equipped with my straps, blankets and trolleys, as standard. The booking was for no stairs at the pickup address and 1 flight of stairs at the delivery address. I am always polite and professional with all customers.
Now, Alberto on arrival, asked if I could help with his mattress which was on the first floor, I obliged and helped him bring the mattress down and loaded it into the van. All the other items were on the ground floor as booked.
Myself and Alberto were driving on the way to the delivery address having a conversation, all dandy. Alberto and myself unloaded the items, again he asked if I can help him with the mattress to the first floor, which was not a problem, and he asked if i would help with the other items. My response was; you have only booked to the Grd floor, by rights, I don't need to help you but I will. His response was to say he had booked to the first floor, after checking the booking and find what he had said was true, I apologised and helped him complete the job. This was done quickly and efficiently, afterwards, he shook my hand and with a smile he said goodbye.
As for being referred to as lazy on that day, we were finished and the job completed after a hour, so I don't know what he taking about.

It’s written on website, that I shouldn’t worry about congestion charge, as long as starting or ending point of journey isn’t in congestion charge area, but still driver charged me 11,5 for it cause we drived through central London.
In my opinion it should be more specific how it’s working.
