The Driver arrived before time which is always a good sign. He was very helpful as unfortunately in our block of flats which has 16 floors only 1 lift was in operation. He helped us carry all the boxes and secured our half wardrobe with mirror so well I was truly impressed. As we had problem with transporting our belongings to the groud floor I was nearly about to cancel the job but he calm me and my partner down said we have 3.5 h we can do it. No stress. And truly we made this!! Happy with service and strongly recommend to any people out there who need professional move service!! Well done!!

The driver was early and very efficient. He got all my things loaded, transported, and unloaded in 45 minutes flat. He was a good driver and very friendly, even had water and a snack for me! He carried my heavy things up a narrow curved staircase without incident. It was well worth my money. I will definitely use them if I have to move again and will recommend them to anyone!

Great service from Elami. We had a few drivers cancel on us in the lead up to our move, so it was great when Elami arrived early for the pick up. He helped us load the van really quickly, secured everything very safely. We had a lot of tall plants and I was expecting some of them to not make the journey - happy to say they all arrived in perfect condition. Great driver as well, and had cold water and snacks in the van. Will be recommending him to any of my friends who need a van.

So thankful for Elami as the lift was not working and he was more willing to carry my boxes up 3 floors! Gave me water and a snack as we were tired from all the lifting. Also made sure all the furniture remained intact. There were blankets and straps in the van and the van itself was very clean. The driver was a life saver! He arrived before scheduled time, was very handy and basically did all the lifting work. He even had sparkling AND still water in the van for customers while we were on the go, plus some snacks. What’s most amazing to me was his experience working with different sizes of stuff and making use of what we have to maximize efficiency. He managed to finish moving the stuff we accumulated in a one bed flat in 1.5hrs, while we were on the way for at least half an hour. He was definitely a stress reliever in this moving project! Really amazing guy. Highly recommend!

He was truly a hero! He was very careful with the furnitures and boxes. He knew how to coordinate to make the most out of the time I had booked. In addition to being professional, he’s really strong and steady and very helpful. I would definitely recommend his services.
This was booked last minute due to an error on my part. Overall was really helpful. Arrived early, packed everything into the van quickly and insisted we let him do the heavy lifting. Very efficient and polite. There was lots of space in the van (a medium was requested and there was plenty of space). When we arrived at the new property he again carried everything in for us and helped me move the boxes etc into my room and in a way that would save me time unpacking. Was a really positive experience and I would recommend to all my friends and family. Worth every penny.

Van was clean and huge. The driver was kind, professional, respectful and kept a good balance of silence and conversation. He drove well and showed a good understanding of the London area. My booking was last minute and this did not seem to affect how the driver treated me in any way. My company occasionally has needs to move large scale builds and we will definitely be looking to hire this driver again.

This removal man and driver ( Elami Mata ) was amazing. He was very patient and meticulous. He took great care as he moved very heavy item's which most people may have found impossible to move with just himself.
I am so impressed at how he dismantled my glass and mirrored doors from their units, he made sure they made it to the end of the journey in one piece.

Move could not have gone better and it was entirely down to Elami. I was very stressed as I had two drivers cancel on me and was
still arranging the move on the day, but Elami managed to make the whole experience stress free and entirely painless. An expert packer, everything arrived intact despite much of it being packed loosely in bags rather than in proper boxes. The van was immaculate and clearly very well maintained, everything was securely fastened in place, and Elami carried most everything out of my flat and secured it in the van whilst I was still packing inside. Very friendly, the most professional service I have ever had with a mover by a long shot, I have no reservations in recommending this service to anybody. In fact I was so impressed that I have asked him to move me from my temporary place of residence to the new flat I will be moving to at the end of the month as I have no reason to take a chance on anyone else after receiving such great service.

The driver was incredibly helpful and delightful the whole journey. He was on time, helped with the moving of boxes and furniture, and was very pleasant to talk to. He worked calmly and methodically, and had no issue moving things into a block of flats on the top floor (lift was included!). Would definitely use again and will recommend to my friends

Driver arrived early. Was very helpful and helped carry all items into the truck. Even gave me bottled water on the way to the destination. Left a yoga mat in his truck and even though I told him he could just give it away, he came back couple weeks after and sent it to me. Would use again and definitely recommended.

He arrived 15 minutes early and provided a complimentary bottle of water and antibacterial and a lift to my new flat! An absolute gentleman. Far far exceeded my expectations beyond measure and I will certainly be availing of his removal services in the future and highly recommend him to other movers/prospective movers. Mata Removals were super helpful, punctual and friendly. I would highly recommend. I was moving from a flat to a house, and all my stuff was efficiently and carefully loaded and unloaded, right up to my third floor room.
Ahead of time and very helpful even though I only paid to have him drive the van. Definetley recommended!

Although he was held up on a previous job, Mr Mata did his best to get to my house on time and was only slightly late, I appreciate that he made me aware of this in advance and with to such effort to make up the time, like helping me load the boxes even though I did not request it.

The driver came 20 minutes earlier and was very helpful throughout. He helped move everything, and insisted on doing the majority of the heavy lifting. All items were placed in the van with a lot of care using straps and blankets where necessary. Glad to have come across this service and would happily use it again

The van was about minites late due to the traffic. Everything went great, the whole process was problem free and very fast. The van was very clean and comfortable. The driver is very polite and friendly.

Although my driver was a little late, he communicated with me through every step and it was evident that he went out of his way to make it to me on time. It's also worth noting that the only reason he was late was because a previous job ran over and he gave me good notice.
