Fantastic experience. Can’t recommend Elliot and team enough. They were so friendly and helpful throughout. Did a super fast job of loading my things into and out of the van and getting them to the destination in one piece. They were careful not to carry dirt into the house and insisted I take my time to check everything before we left . Lovely guys . Chatted all the way from Islington to Lewisham and they even offered to drop me off on their way back. I’ll definitely be using them again.

The driver was very polite and respectful, he messaged me prior to the move to check all ok but did stress me out as asked if everything was dismantled, didn't know this needed to happen and not all furniture ikea flat pack! The particular item was a wardrobe which cannot be taken apart and it got in so knew it would come out!! apart from that at the beginning it went well and as had him booked for 2 hours he did 2 loads for me as only moving local and filled the van both times with items hadn't listed and he finished with 15 mins to spare!! He was very friendly, his helper possibly wasn't as experienced as him but all went well and would book him again if needed anything moved

I couldn’t recommend this company enough. They messaged me the night before to make sure I was still moving and asked me to send photos of what needed to be moved. They massaged again in the morning to see if they could come early and start loading the van at no extra cost.

Driver came early, was very helpful - great service, would use again! Didn't see any straps and blankets, but may have been in the vehicle, these were not used in any case (may have been useful for my chest of drawers).

The driver was very efficient. However he complained a lot about the number of items , making the move not very pleasent. I called the your office and had one of your staff to talk to him. He also complained about me not being very helpful and he asked me to carry some of the light things even though there was plenty of time ahead, as he even finished one hour earlier . Elliot arrived on time and was very personable, helpful and efficient. He worked very hard helping us load and unload the van and offered sound advice on how best to pack are boxes. We had booked a small van but ended up having to load the full van. Elliot still charged us a very reasonable rate.

Our building has a lift but I had forgotten to mention about the small flight of stairs at the entrance. I also forgotten to check about parking at our destination place. (because the place we were heading to was a very busy road and didnt have a proper loading area)... but Elliot was very nice about it and the move went very smoothly. Thank you!

He was absolutely wonderful. I am a single woman living alone and was trying to deal with an issue caused by a big company misdelivering a load of heavy flooring.
