The driver and his colleague did a great job loading and unloading, and protected and secured our furniture so that it was delivered safely and without damage. We recommend using them.
Fausto was great. He was running early from a previous job so he let me know - great communications. We moved all my boxes very quickly (Fausto did about 90% of the work!) and he was well organised, with a very spacious van. Definitely recommended.

I've given the above feedback, with more details, soon after I moved. At the same time I wrote to the company about the bad bit of my moving, giving a chance for reply. It's been a month and I haven't heard from you.... Very disappointing!

The move was booked at short notice, I had more items than initially planned and I even needed to be dropped off afterwards (unexpectedly). But Fausto happily dealt with all these issues calmly, completed the job quickly and was brilliant throughout. Fantastic value, highly recommend him.

We had to bring furniture from the countryside into London and also transport a number of boxes to storage. Our driver, Fausto (Instant Moves), and his helper, Mark, arrived early and worked very quickly and efficiently throughout the move. My wife and I were very happy wlth their service, amd we would definitely recommend them to others. We shall ourselves look to use them again if needing to do a similar such job in the future.

I cannot rate these guys highly enough!! They would get 10 stars if I could give them. Cannot believe I have ever hired a Van without a Man.
They had more blankets and straps than you could ever need and were very efficient!! When the sofa wouldn't go in the other end they took it in their stride and set about taking off an arm and putting it back on again when inside, It didn't even occur to them to leave it outside and say "well...we delivered it here like you asked".
If you need a Man and a Van, this is your Van and Men!!!!!!

We were worried that we would have too much stuff for the van, but it had plenty of space and was expertly packed and protected with blankets. We had our whole move done and dusted in exactly 4 hours. It was amazing. Could not recommend highly enough! Thank you! :-)

Driver turned up early, however my partner and dad felt like he rushed things. Once arrived at the final destination the fridge freezer was scratched and a dent in the washer dryer. He told my partner he had another job at 12pm but we had booked him until 1pm!! No mention of a refund for overlapping which explains the rushing. He hammered it to the second destination which could explain the scratches and dent. When he came to the last stop he helped unload but left one item in the garden for me to have to carry in as he rushed off without saying anything which was clearly to his next job at 12pm when we had paid until 1pm. So overal not entirely happy with the service and the manners.

Hi, well the whole story is a fabrication. Yes, I got there 20 mins early
to be met by, I believe, the boyfriend of Sofie Hill who said he was going to the shop
for a drink. I said no problem, I'll tidy the van while I wait. The father arrived while the boyfriend went to the shop, I said hello and carried on sorting my blankets and sweeping the van.
We loaded the van and I set off to my second destination using my GPS. It sent me the country route and I didn't rush as I didn't need to, there wasn't a lot of furniture and it only took 20 mins to load, of course they were helping. I actually got there 15 mins before they did as they got caught in traffic going through Milton Keynes. It was at this point that I rang Miss Hill to confirm I had the right destination and on confirmation of this I said "I'm here, ready to unload when you arrive." We unloaded and set off to the next destination but this time I followed them. We unloaded everything and I was asked to leave the fridge in the front garden of the property as Miss Hill's brother was coming to collect a freezer from the house and that meant there was no space in the kitchen. For the fridge we just transported, please remember that the customer was helping me unload so if they wanted it inside, that's where it would have gone. At no point was it mentioned there were any dents or scratches, if they had I would have taken photos and then made Compare the Man and Van aware. It's of my opinion that they didn't like the fact that I finished early but that is not my fault as they made the booking and confirmed the time. They paid for the job through yourselves, I never handle any money and wasn't told of any dissatisfaction until I received this email from yourselves. Everything in the van was blanketed and strapped securely, nothing was damaged in transport and at no point was I rude or bad mannered. I even shook his hand and said goodbye. These people are chancers looking to get the job done cheaper. I would never push a customer to speed up as this clearly wouldn't be in my interests. I hope you can understand my shock and frustration that they would say such a thing, especially as all of my previous customers have thanked me for being so professional and quite often tip me.
The boyfriend did ask if I had another job on to which I replied yes, I never told him I needed to be there by 12 pm, what I didn't tell him is that the job was for Mark who works for me so it didn't matter what time I got there because it was going into storage. Should you require proof of this you can ring him to confirm. I hope this is sufficient information but if you need anything else, please don't hesitate to ring or email me.
