The best drivers ever. So professional, friendly took so much care and respect for my things I will definitely be using them again. So happy with the service. And everything was so smooth no hassle at all.
Excellent !! Fast and polite and proffered.
I have given the driver 4 stars as he was very courteous and respectful. He was however 2 hours 15 mins late and there was nothing to wrap my mirror and other delicate items up in for the journeys. The driver phoned me at 10 am to say he was leaving London for Cardiff and that he would be with me between 2.00pm and 2.30 pm. He arrived at 2..15 pm (2 hours 15 mins late) Although he kept me informed of the timings throughout the late arrival was very inconvenient as I was not living at the house in Bristol so had to wait around!
The actual move went very smoothly but feel the very late arrival and lack of blankets was not professional and not worth the money I paid. I would not expect a driver to be conducting a house move in Bristol to be coming from London.
Was a nice guy and really helped load and unload all my belongings with respect.
