Driver helped us move from point A to B but unfortunately came across issues of needing to disassemble the furniture because it couldn’t fit through Point B. They helped a little even though we were aware that they don’t do disassembly. The driver was a little impatient even though we booked for 2 hours and was trying to leave even though we offered to disassemble ourselves and would then need assistance bringing the pieces up. The driver mentioned it was easy for us to carry once it’s disassembled, and did not want to wait for us to disassemble it.
Frank was so helpful and professional. He was fast and very careful with my belongings. He managed my heavy furniture and boxes with ease. Would highly reccommend! Everything was great!

Frank was on time and very helpful. I didn't want to talk much cause I was so stressed packing etc and I think he felt that so he respected my space and instead talking loads with me He played some music and that was a nice choice. He helped me a lot carrying almost everything and was very careful and gentle with my portable piano. He drove back to my new place 10 minutes later after everything being done cause I left my umbrella in the front seat in the van. He had to park somewhere else cause you can't park in front of my building and he walked from I don't know where just to bring it back to me .Who does that? That was a really kind gesture and it says a lot about him. It's an amazing feeling when you pay for a service and the person you hire is on top of everything so the transition from your old to you your new chapter in life can be as smooth as possible.Please be kind to hard working people like him.

The driver was absolutely wonderful. Super helpful and shown great customer service. He came equipped with a little trolley to very easily move my items and boxes from the front door of my building to the van that had to be parked about a 15 second walk from the building. He helped load and unload in a very timely and safe manner. Didn’t even end up needing him for the entire 3 hours I originally booked him for but paid the full price as I was very impressed with the service. Would 100% recommend.
Frank arrived exactly on time. We packed and unpacked very quickly and finished the whole move fast. It was a day of 34C so we really appreciated him working in these conditions and being so efficient. Highly recommended and will use his services again for sure!

Frank was over an hour late but was pleasant and courteous. He did let me know he was going to be late but his delay meant that I had to shift things around and do a lot of carrying heavy items and lifting I wasn't prepared for... in the end because everything was ready when he arrived, it only took half an hour of his time ferrying goods and must have been one of the simplest jobs he's ever done!

Frank was amazing. It was 32 degrees and he carried boxes down the stairs and packed the van barely stopping for water which we kept offering. He then did the same the other end. I can't recommend him highly enough and would definately book him agian if the need arises.

The driver came as a back up due to another driver wasn’t available when they weren’t. He was respectful and handled my things carefully and was late but there is a lot of construction in the area that causes delays so thats okay. The website system needs work so when drivers are booked they are no longer shown

Frank was a trooper, he did the brunt of the lifting and moving and made the whole process stress free! He also drove incredibly respectfully so items didn't get thrown around in the back of the van, which I appreciated very much. I didn't see any straps, but he had plenty of blankets and wore his mask the entire time.

This was the best move I had so far. The driver was very polite and discreet and REALLY help us to move stuff. This is the first time (out of 3 moves I have done) that the driver was actually putting work in, moving and carrying stuff. This was especially useful now with covid since we could not bring friends over to help us with the move. I highly recommend this driver!

Frank's service is the type we all hope for when we are after a great move. Frank was punctual and friendly, and showed great care and respect for the items to be transported. Furthermore, it was reassuring that Frank wore appropriate Covid PPE. Overall, the move was highly efficient and stress free – all you could ask for from a moving service. Frank provided an excellent moving service at end of June 2020. It wasn't the easiest of moves during coronavirus, but he came fully prepared with PPE for himself and blankets and straps for my items.
I had lived at the previous place for 8 years and had accumulated lots of possessions and memories - all of which Frank too great care and pride in moving. Highly recommend.

I would advise against using Frank Van Services.
I was left with a large whole in my wall which I have now had to pay for to get repaired.
Franked seemed like a nice guy but unfortunately whilst we were moving a chest of drawers he dropped his end into my wall. This created a huge whole in the wall but as we still had most of the move left to do we continued with the job.
At the time of the incident Frank was not apologetic, almost ignoring that it had occurred. When I did mention it to him at the end of the move, he again did not want to take any responsibility for the damaged caused.
Aside from the whole in the wall, the chest of drawers were damaged and dining room chairs were also damaged during the move. The strapping seems non-existent in the van and Frank also refrained from lifting heavy items, leaving most of that work for myself. This may have been because he was scared to drop any more items or maybe he was tired that day.
The van wasn't in the best condition and had nails/screws on the floor, so if you do use Frank's services please be aware that items may get scratched when putting them into the van.
Overall he had a pleasant demeanour about him, but I would not recommend booking him for a move.

I received the email and all the contents have been noted.
Moving is difficult so we always do our best to make it as easy as we can for the customer and also uphold the good name of the platform and we apologise to the customer if our service fell short.
On the day of that booking my van broke down so l had to arrange quickly for a driver to go to the customer. The driver who went had a giant van and completed the booking very well. I was in constant communication with him and if the customer can remember, when the driver got
there he phoned him with a different number (not my number).
After the booking was completed I asked the driver if everything went well and he said everything was fine. It was a few days later
when I received the complaint from the customer. l asked the driver about this and he disputed the complaint.
He said they were carrying the cabinet together and the customer dropped his side and was complaining at the time and pointing to him that
it was not his fault. After the work the driver told him that the damage happened whilst both of them were carrying the cabinet so he could not accept responsibility. If the damage had happened inside the van then he would have been responsible over all and he disputes this review.
The customer ordered a large van and he got a giant van for no extra cost and even the money he was supposed to pay was short of some change, yet we still accepted
it.

Frank was super helpful with my move. Even though I had a lot more to transport than originally expected he didn't complain and managed to pack everything into the van safely and securely. "I totally dispute that I didn’t help the customer. I tried my very best and even when customers do not booking 'driver help', I still help.
On this occasion I remember the number of stairs on the booking and the customer didn't book the right amount of flights but I didn’t complain and helped her. On the pick up address I brought everything down on the ground floor and loaded it into the van.
l remember she had a big bookshelf which I took right to her room and it was a big one so it needed a lot of manoeuvring to get it in and that was the last item so I can not believe that she is complaining.

Frank, is really a good driver and helped a lot to make the move convenient. Because of rush hour in London, it's understandable for 15min late and it's very thoughtful for him to tell me first before the move.
Although the driver was late this was not his fault as he had a puncture. We had not paid him to help load and unload but because he was late he did help us a lot so we got the move done really quickly. Thanks Frank!

Frank was excellent. Despite not booking for him to help - he coordinated the loading and unloading of the truck and we were also allowed to do two tours rather than just one. He definitely deserved the tip!

The driver did phone to say he would be "a bit late" but it was really hard to get an answer as to HOW late he was going to be. He was an hour late - the job took just over 1 hour. He was rather rough getting my chair up the stairs and I had to advise him that the foot of the chair was wedged in the banisters.

frank was amazing. helped out with a big move, arrived early and stayed late. he had all of the required equipment and can lift heavy items (we moved a piano up a flight of stairs). also a very pleasant and polite guy.

The company should've managed my expectations and communicate since the beginning the time availability of the driver. The company knew since the beginning that the driver was going to arrive at my place 1h and 30 minutes later than I needed.

CMV response: We are very sorry that this happened and the customer has been refunded her deposit. We were totally unaware that the driver expected to be late to the booking as he did not inform us. Had we been aware, we would have sent an alternative service provider with a closer estimated time of arrival.
