Driver helped us move from point A to B but unfortunately came across issues of needing to disassemble the furniture because it couldn’t fit through Point B. They helped a little even though we were aware that they don’t do disassembly. The driver was a little impatient even though we booked for 2 hours and was trying to leave even though we offered to disassemble ourselves and would then need assistance bringing the pieces up. The driver mentioned it was easy for us to carry once it’s disassembled, and did not want to wait for us to disassemble it.
Frank helped massively with our move. When we realised we needed to deconstruct our bed in order to move it, he even had spanners on hand

Frank was very helpful in helping us pack our stuff in and out of the van. He remained calm and patient throughout the period even when he had to wait in the van for our new residence to be properly checked before we packed our stuff in. We did not book a man for this move, but he surely provided a helping hand which was greatly appreciated.
The driver was absolutely amazing. He was there early, and helped me move almost everything out of the flat, and unloaded into my storage. He had a trolley and was very professional at moving. He was also friendly and was very nice
