The booking system didn’t tell the driver that I had stairs at my delivery address although I had paid for this service, but he was very helpful and understanding and helped me carry my items up the stairs anyway. Arrived on time, good communication, would book again!

It was not an easy move - narrow staircase and door ways made it tricky to get the furniture in but Gary knew all the tricks

Driver arrived early but was respectful that I wasn’t quite ready to go. He was polite and understanding as we figured out how to shift my belongings into the flat.
My move was completely hassle free with Gary, he picked up everything quickly, dealing with the biggest items with precision and efficiency. We had a 40 minutes journey and didn't even feel it, as we were happily chatting away. Gary knows what he's doing and he's pleasant company too! Recommended one hundred times!

Brilliant service, was very kind rearranging the time the night before the move. Had straps, blankets and sack truck to take the heavier boxes + more than enough space in the large van. 5/5 can recommend!
