He came earlier after checking the school pick up restrictions. I left a voice note about it but on the wrong number so he hasn't received my message but the universe forwarded it to him regardless. He was very polite, very helpful. He kept checking in. He took downstairs 2 items to the bin. His calm present really meant a lot in those chaotic moving moments ?

Tadei is an excellent person. He arrived 10 minutes early, he was careful like it's his own items, and also fast with it. I was overdue but he was willing to complete all the work and then leave, despite he had another customer waiting in line.

The driver was really helpful. We had a lot of stuff and he helped us load it all, making sure everything was secure. He filled the van really well meaning we were able to do our move in one trip.

Driver was 30 Minutes late from the booking time. Driver did say it was due to the Rain and traffic in central London. Issue at destination, as the driver had to double park on a busy road, as vehicles had illegally parked in the slot we could have used. The driver then informed me that if he was fined I would have to pay, if vehicle got scratched then I would have to pay. Luckily after 30 minutes a parking slot opened up and he shut up.
He did help in loading and unloading, and some bags were heavy, and although he had complained about it, assisted me both loading and unloading those. Shame we could not use his trolley, as he informed it's aluminium and was not up to the job. It looked brand new, so I don't think it ever got used.

The driver called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He arrived promptly on time.
The driver was excellent, helped us move all the big, heavy items and strapped everything down securely. We booked 3.5 hours for our move and the driver was so good we got it all done in 2 hours. Gave us time to chill which made the move much better.
Overall the service from these guys is just wonderful. Never in my life has a move gone so well and so easy. Nothing was broken, everything was fast and efficient.

The driver came late. He came around 3:40pm.
Then as soon as he came in, he said I need a Luton van and I need to pay 10 pounds extra without even looking at all the items in the house. He did not even get in touch with me before coming to see what items I have so I am not sure why he brought a Luton van when I asked for a large van only. I wasn't happy about this but I agreed to pay the 10 pounds as we were already late.
He wasn't taking care of the items we were loading. There was a baby unit where the leg broke down because he let the unit rest on the leg. I told it is gonna break and to lift it and he actually put it down which broke the leg. His English was limited so his instructions were not really clear. There was plenty of space in his van but he didn't arrange it properly. I told him that if he arranges like this, there won't be enough space for the fridge/freezer, washing machine and treadmill but he kept saying he knows what he is doing. The kitchen items were the last to be loaded as per his instructions. And when he saw the size of the washing machine and fridge, he went back to rearrange the items in his van which wasted more time.
He always made sure that I was lifting the heavy part of each item. I got tired. So during the unloading I asked him if he could lift the heavy part of the washing machine and I can lift the other side, he got angry and left the washing machine down violently.
The treadmill is a heavy one, we tried to get it through one of the door but it was too big but he tried to force his way through causing damage to the door frame and the treadmill. He took me almost 5 minutes to convince him that it won't go through and I need to dismantle it.
When he was helping us to lift things in the new house, he didn't care about the walls and ceiling and the furniture caused lots of scratches and damage to newly painted ceiling and walls.
He left the fridge on the porch. When I asked him we need to put it at the back, he refused saying his time was finished. I told him he came late so my three hours are still remaining but he argued that he came only thirty minutes late at 3:30pm and his time is now finished. Then I explained to him that it was 6:26pm so if he came at 3:30pm I still have 4 minutes remaining. Then he looked a at the time on his phone and reluctantly agreed to lift it with me.
Overall a really bad experience. I will never hire this driver again.

I would highly recommend Jozsef Penyak. It was about 33 degrees when we were moving a considerable amount of furniture and he was so helpful and polite. I had underestimated how many boxes we had, but Jozsef did not mind at all and was happy to do an extra trip. We did need to pay for the larger capacity van and we went over time, but that was due to my underestimating all the stuff we had to move! A job well done and money well spent.
I booked the service for 2.5 hours (11:30-14:00). The driver arrived on time, but he was in a rush or otherwise busy, as he was on the phone the first 10 minutes after his arrival. Later I found out he was rushing because he had an appointment scheduled at 1:30, which was within the time covered in MY booking. As a result, he failed to secure my fabric wardrobe, resulting in it falling over with my dry-cleaned jackets and coats scattered in the van AND a couple of plastic joints breaking as a consequence.
I mentioned this to the driver, and he responded that he had moved everything from point A to B and didn't need to stay any longer to fix the situation (even though I paid for that time).
We also removed an item through the window, and he did not offer the blankets to protect it during the removal; if I had known that they were available, I would have asked to use them to protect my VERY expensive sofa. As a result, it got paint transfer marks on it (which I semi-cleaned with water and soap afterwards). He seems like a lovely young man, but I am NOT satisfied with the service

The driver was in a bad mood from the second he arrived. He saw the stuff and immediately complained it was too much and added an excess fee (even though all the stuff took up about 1/6 of the van he arrived in). There was one item upstairs that i wanted some help with. He replied he couldn’t help unless i paid another 7.50, a price he just made up. Then he realised it was two floors up so decided to double his arbitrary fee. In the end i struggled with the item myself, some flexibility on his part would have been helpful. His goal was clearly to find anything he could charge extra for - the ryanair of removal services. Overall a negative experience, will certainly never use again or recommend.

The driver was on time and he had blankets and trolley but no straps; there was no need for them though anyway. Really helpful and understanding/patient when there was an issue with finding a good parking spot. The only small thing was that his English could be a bit better as the communication was difficult at times.

My move was assigned to 2 different companies in 2 hours and driver has changed 3 times.
At the end move was ok.
But I requested the driver to wear the mask as we travelled in the same car, he wore at beginning but then took off. I think it should be mandatory for ALL drivers to wear mask at ALL times.

The driver in the beginning created a fuss that the van is not big enough that we ordered. His boss rang me to say that they will have to make 2 trips. In fact after putting the items in the van it was not even 25% full for the first trip. There was no need for the driver to create the unnecessary hassle in the first place.

The reason why the driver told you to do two trips was because all of the furniture was made of marble and it was not safe to pack everything on top of one another. After you agreed to take responsibility if anything brakes the driver packed everything on top of one another and delivered without a problem.
In this case 25% of the Luton van load covers a medium size van load but with a client responsibility.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused, we do our best to deliver safe and secure moving services.

Today, I experienced fantastic service from Ivan at JP Man and Van Ltd. He came a whole hour early, got straight to work lifting the heaviest of items with care and attention, and also making sure I was okay to help when some items needed an extra pair of hands.
