Got the job done in record time, even in pouring rain
Very patient with the issues we had loading in to the loading bays, very frustrating for us all but the guys were great.
Made sure my goods were looked after, came early and made sure everything was taken.
They were very fast and careful. These guys were brilliant!
Both driver and helper worked hard and fast, they also had trolleys to help carry stuff around and were extra careful when handling all the stuff. They've both been great and will definitely be asking for them next time I move.

I booked Lorin’s Logistics back in January to help us move.I can only speak highly of those guys ,they were amazing.They managed to move all of our stuff within 3.5 hours from London to Reading (including the 2 hours drive).They were fast and efficient.I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Lorin and George turned up about 45 minutes early unexpected, which would have been great if we were actually at the property ourselves at the time, but either way better than being late! They were very friendly, professional and helpful, putting us at ease throughout the move. They worked hard and quickly. There were one or two moments where I think a little more care could have been taken with bigger items - a single door fridge freezer unit scratched a door slightly but luckily only a paint scratch, and there was a moment when my heart was in my mouth when our TV banged against a trolley but it survived. They were really great with everything apart from those two minor moments and thankfully no harm done. We would be happy to use them again.

Timing and handling of goods was absolutely fine.
However, The removal guys were half asleep as if they just come back from a heavy night out. So they came across grumpy. By all means go out and enjoy yourself or whatever the reason was but if you're running a service, first impressions count because you want to trust that people are up for the job. Maybe not to book them on a Sunday morning?
Great job by the two guys who came prepared with trolleys. I was moving on my own and they took care of everything and ensuring the van was loaded efficiently. Friendly and polite and made it a really easy experience. They asked to move the booking an hour earlier on the morning which worked out ok and they came on time. Definitely recommend - thank you

Absolutely amazing service and experience! I cannot recommend Lorin and his colleague enough! They were very friendly, respectful, very understanding and professional. They made the moving experience stress-free which is very hard to do. They had straps and blankets provided and packed the van very well! They even did a second trip for us at an extremely reasonable price as we had a lot of garden items and flowers that couldn't fit on the first trip. They even allowed me to ride with them in the van to the new location which saved me some money getting the train. They are fantastic people and great professionals. You will not regret hiring them! As I said -amazing experience and I cannot recommend enough! :)

Honestly, really positive experience. Not only did everything make it in to the van miraculously, they did some true wizardry with my sofa that I didn’t think would work. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Lorin and George were absolutely brilliant. Flexible on time (we had to move things back at short notice) and then incredibly fast and efficient once we were loading. Lorin was also very helpful as our flat purchase was going through on the day and we thought we may not be able to get in- he had options of storage he could offer, which would have been a life saver if we had needed it. We also had a huge sofa which had to come down 7 flights of stairs (didn't fit in lift) and they let us add on at a reasonable price. They were wonderful!

First time hiring movers and the experience was amazing. They were not only on time but even called us in the morning of the day letting us know of an event happening during our scheduled move time that would cause traffic delays, so we shifted the time around to accommodate. My word: this was the best money I have ever spent on anything ever. Lorin's team (Chris and George) were absolute machines! They turned up 15 minutes before the start of the job, and were possibly the two strongest men I've ever met - they just lifted the chest of drawers completely full! The van was packed and strapped and tied with military precision and everything arrived in perfect condition. They both absolutely hustled for the entire duration of the job and were polite, friendly, and extremely willing to do the job. If you moving house, book these guys. They are such good value and it will make move out day so less stressful! 5 stars.
Lorin couldn't have been better. He immediately identified that we needed a second van and arranged one within 15 minutes, even with our move being 2.5 hrs away. And he was right - we almost filled two vans. He and his helpers were considerate, good humoured, helpful and lovely to deal with. I would recommend to anyone and use them again.
The website and booking form said that a passenger was allowed to travel in the van, so my daughter and I travelled to the new house in the car and my husband stayed behind with the van. When ready to leave though, the driver told him he was not allowed to travel in the van due to Covid rules. This meant that my husband had to stay at our original property until after the van had got to the new house and unloaded. Then I had to drive all the way back to the old property to collect him, using valuable time and money!! Also meant he wasn’t with us to help unload at the new house. This needs to be looked at and corrected on your website and booking form!
I have lost lots of time and money today due to this.
The driver and other man worked really hard though and were lovely - so I have no complaints about them and their service.

Move during the storms in london, driver on time at 7.30, the lads found a parking space the other end and fought the traffic over the dartford bridge to get on time, nothing was a issue, large stairs the other end to tackle no problem for the lads, ran over by half hour but with the weather conditions and parking issue our end proffesional job, happy to use again

I can’t recommend these movers enough, they were moving my Mum and if you have elderly parents you will know that any stressful situations are multiplied. These two young men were friendly, kind, respectful, careful and professional which helped her relax and the move was completed extremely quickly and efficiently with no stress. 😊

They were very good; arrived early and cleared everything from a 90ft storage unit, moved and deposited it in little over an hour. They did miss one item which I had to go back and move myself but its a minor point, I'd definitely hire them again.
Absolutely lovely, swift guys. Unfortunately one of my tables was damaged in the move, looks like the table which has storage underneath was lifted all as one, making the wood top bow and snap.

Very quick and efficient service, insisted on doing the hard work, very polite and friendly
Came on time and were quick to remove sofa bed and wardrobe, but were too hasty in removing the wardrobe damaging some screws. We booked the removal for 2.5 hours and after reassembling the bed and carcus of the wardrobe said they had another job and left without fitting the drawers or joining the wardrobe together. They had an hour remaining booked with us but left us and my 73 year old dad to complete the assembly. Was very slap dash. If I had known they would rush so get in and out I would have only booked for an hour and a half. Cheaper than a normal removal company but you get what you pay for, and given the service i felt we paid them too much. Do we get the refund for the hour remaining that we paid for?

The driver and the guy that help him were amazing. When I reserved my van didn’t go as I had stairs but they did the job. They worked hard and were really fast.
Absolutely brilliant, by far the quickest move I have ever completed (with the most stuff, too!) Both were incredibly helpful and no task was met with any disgruntlement. Would highly recommend!

Everything went well, however, they did manage to leave a lot of very muddy footprints up my stairs so either laying dustsheets down or some method of cleaning their shoes when carrying furniture in would have been appreciated.

I couldn't have asked for better! Honestly it was amazing especially as I am going through a Divorce and going back to collect all my items from my previous home. Very respectful, super hard working, no damage and if anything I was asking them to take a break for themselves!
Drivers arrival time was changed by his boss but driver wanted to charge us extra money from the original time booked as he arrived early. He didn’t work the extra time and his boss agreed with us. Shame there was a dispute re extra payment as the two men were very good at what they did and we would have given them 5* before the dispute.

I packed my items well to save time but the gentlemen beat me to it. They were swift, they were on time and didn’t appear to waste time at all. I’m very impressed with this duo because we did everything in 45 minutes I teased of two hours.

The movers were incredibly efficient but I ended up having to pay extra because the website seemingly underestimated the drive time between the two cities.

Not the van we booked, didn't follow very basic and clear instructions, just threw boxes and bags in the wrong rooms, kept complaining about time, took extra 4 hours when it could of been done 5 or 6 hours and had to pay an extra £160. Seemed to slow down once I agreed to pay for an extra hour or two. Took best part of 2 weeks to find and sort out our belongings due to poor workmanship. Not impressed

The customer booked the wrong size van, they booked a large but needed a Luton. We took the job on the day as it was rejected by another TP.
We did our job, nothing more.
Guys were great, very punctual, polite, friendly and Loaded/unloaded very swiftly.
Would highly recommend to anyone.

The two-man team arrived exactly on time and were extremely polite, helpful and, above all, very very careful, as the item moved was a large delicate antique. They knew exactly what they were doing and were very efficient. I would highly recommend Lorin’s Logistics (excellent communication: text, email, van- tracking etc). After an initial difficulty - my mistake when booking - customer services were courteous, very fast and very helpful, immediately offering an alternative which turned out, as you see above, to have been brilliant. Moving can be stressful, but using Compare the Man & Van and Lorin and his team, it was an outstanding stress-free experience. I would certainly use them again and would definitely choose Lorin and his team.

They were excellent. They arrived a bit early and got on with the job quickly and efficiently. There were some big bits of furniture and they had to carry them down a flight of stairs and then back up 2 flights of stairs at the new address but there no compaints. 100% recommend!

I had 2 guys help me moving (one driver, one helper). They asked if there was anything delicate or fragile first, then proceeded to move everything promptly and quickly. Well done, will def call them again if necessary.
Friendly guys, moved everything quickly. There was some tricky, heavy furniture and they moved it all with no fuss. There was some damage to the wall where the sofabed was moved, but it was unavoidable and I was impressed that they actively pointed it out to me and apologised. Would book again for my next move.
