Excellent. The driver emailed first that he would be arriving at the agreed time . Unfortunately, got delayed and rang personally to keep me updated . Once he arrived at the destination to pick up my nephew he texted once he had located the flat he was vacating .

Words won’t do justice right how seamless my experience was with Mahmoud. He was waaay on time, very patient, helpful and made sure everything was safely moved and offloaded. I would recommend him 200% to anyone that needs a M&V!

The driver arrived 30 minutes late, although he did call just before his booked arrival time to inform me that he was going to be late.
He was very efficient and we managed to complete the transfer of boxes in 60 minutes.
However, I asked him on multiple times to wear his mask and he refused to - first reason was he is vaccinated and second time was that nobody in the building was.
Helped make my move easy, with a friendly efficient service.
Was very considerate towards me and my dog. It was a very hot day and he went out of the way to take more stops than usual to let him cool down.

Vehicle came late due to a puncture on the way but the company let me know about the issue in advance and we’re very apologetic. The driver was particularly respectful and helpful as well.

Overall good service. However, the driver began sighing after 10 minutes of stacking the van and informed me that the amount of moving “isn’t really worth his money” and then he usually just had to dissemble a wardrobe and pack something like that. I did have a lot of bags but I paid for 2 hours of service and the moving/stacking the van and journey to my new flat took 45 minutes in total. I paid for a small van (which had most of its room left) and I was made to feel guilty about moving my things when I booked someone to help me move. I initially felt guilty but after reading my booking afterwards, the drive was aware that there were 2 flights of stairs and a small vans worth of stuff.

Hi there
I’m sorry to hear about this review but apparently I was on time and I have been respectful with the customer. I did understand before I accepted the booking that there were two flights of stairs but when I arrived with a medium size van the customer showed me her goods which were in the flat on the second floor, which was fine, but after you get into the flat there was another floor. The customer was trying to convince me there were only a few little bags on the third floor and she would get them downstairs and that the goods she was moving was okay for a small size van, which I didn’t complain about even though I had to carry all the heavier things because she could not carry them, which I understand. She then told me that there were yet more goods, such as suitcases ,boxes and a TV which was double the amount I had before.
So I was honest with her to make sure she understood what the price she had agreed with Compare the Man and Van covered. There was also a dismantled wardrobe which she also failed to mention !! After all that she never offered me to pay any extra money and I didn’t ask her because I was too nice to her.

I received my quote for 2 h 15 min, paid for 2.5 h to be sure but my move only took 1.5 h. I think you need to give better estimates. I ended up doing most of the heavy lifting carrying things up the stairs at the destination. You need better guidelines for what help the driver should provide.

Hi there thank you for contacting me and I’m sorry to hear about the negative review, apparently about the booking finishing earlier than the booked time, however, that wasn't my fault. I’ve been working in removals for a long time and I therefore know how to handle goods faster than others.
At the delivery address we had no parking space outside the property so I had to park far away. This meant that I was taking the goods out of the van to the ground floor and the customer and was taking the goods from the ground floor to the 2nd floor. When I had emptied the van I of course went to the ground floor to help him. If the customer did not want to assist with the booking, he should have booked a 2 man team. To be honest, I did my best for the customer and I think he should have appreciated such a good and friendly service.

I didn't need straps and a blanked so I don't know if the vehicle came with any, but the van did have equipment to move heavy loads.

I was a bit anxious after I had made the booking, as it all seemed too easy so I expected something to go wrong. But, I received a confirmation text message an hour before the booking and then the driver arrived punctually. The van was massive and definitely had more than enough space for my goods. Highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Everything was great, we finished in no time.
We got a call at 12:00 saying our arranged van had broken down....thankfully they had a replacement BUT it had to come an hour earlier! We had to rush about to be ready. The van that came was large and had a very high back and had no tail lift....not the new van drivers fault...thankfully nothing was very heavy. the van we asked for was medium sized and lower backed. The driver was very polite. The move went well so I guess not a problem.

Love the service and it's really great for a single person like who cannot lift weight so I would say that I'm glad to use this service and I will always use it from now onwards. The rate is good and the services are outstanding.

Easy move, guy showed up a bit early. Took initiative at the storage facility which was being a nuisance. Really easy.
Driver was great loading in Dorset and then finding 2 difficult locatIons across London. Straps and barrow available but not blankets so divan base ended up slightly grubby.
Driver was brilliant company and had all my possessions in the van in the blink of an eye (which were 2 stories high with no lift!!)

My move was a massive pain because it was so awkward to get all of my stuff up to the third floor of the new property I was moving into. The driver was on his phone and sitting down a lot of the time while I was moving things out of the flat to the van. I paid for him to assist us, but it seemed he was reluctant to do so for the full two hours. He broke my lamp and didn't even offer to replace it or reduce the price. When climbing up the three flights of stairs, he decided to just empty the van to the hall way and left me and my mum to take the majority of my stuff up to the third floor. He did assist with heavier items, but I thought the service was fairly hands off as a whole.

The men were polite and moved everything carefully. The van was very battered and looked smaller than anticipated from the booking.
The driver gave me the option to come earlier since he was in the neighbourhood which was convenient. His driving style was cautious and relaxed. He helped with all the (sometimes quite heavy) lifting two floors up.
