He arrived on time (he was even a few minutes early)was very courteous and friendly, ever so helpful and really fast and efficient loading/moving all my furniture and boxes. He had a good sized, very clean van with all the equipment you would need for a move, including a trolley. Great communication in the lead up - he phoned me the day before to ask for an inventory and to advise me on van size. Then texted me to let me know when he was on his way, and then when he was 15 mins away, and then when he'd arrived. This was the cheapest quote I got as well so I was very impressed. There were no extra costs/charges above what was agreed. I was so stressed out about this move (and hiring a man and van off the Internet!) but Mariusz was great and it turned out I shouldn't have worried about a thing. 100% recommend!!
