He was 50 minutes late. As a result to speed up I shifted all the items to the lift lobby from my flat. I did most of the hard work. I saw only 1 blanket. He struggled with 1 heavy armchair base more than me as a woman I did not expect this when you are charged more to have the driver helping. He packed the van in a way that looked like it was his first day doing the job. This was re booked by customer service as the driver never showed up yesterday. Very disappointed as I've had many good experiences in the past with this service.

Hardeep was great. I was a woman on my own moving the company office, he turned up on time and was so helpful in helping me load and unload the vehicle and gave me a covid-safe lift to the new office too, as a passenger I felt very safe, he is a considerate driver. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

Positives: worked hard to get everything done quickly, no hesitation to help move things etc. Made good conversation while in the van, and drove safely. Friendly service.
Negatives: Required a cash payment of £8 for medium van which was not requested. Took phone calls while driving (but hands free).

He called me 1h before to tell me there is a congestion charge to pay. The médium van was much smaller than the medium van I ordered 1 month ago

The customer seemed confused, as they kept telling me that my van was not a medium size van and it is a small van, which is totally incorrect, as I was using a medium van.
The customer states ‘I was not helpful’, as they wanted me to carry their items to the 3rd floor and their booking was ground floor to ground floor. Thanks
Slight 5-10 min delay, with a first floor flat I put "1 flight of stairs" in the booking but the driver counted 3 flights. Because there were a few steps to the garden and a few more down to the parking garage. I would agree that it's 2 flights but not three. 5 steps down is not a full flight. Driver helped with the last flight to the garage but wanted to charge extra for the other steps.
Our move was 200m down the streets but taking the van up and down twice was not possible as he wanted to charge extra. Despite us being easily under the 2h booked time. This is not clear when booking and should be highlighted. We ended up releasing the driver 30 min early.
I'd prefer to pay congestion charge in advance and not in cash to the driver.
Arrived a few minutes early and had the doors open and ready to load bang on time.

Very disappointed. I use this app previously and the driver was fantastic. This time he did not help, he was talking on the phone while driving on loundspeaker and he only cared about the extra charge. Fair enough we must have booked a larger van as the medium was a bit small but he didn’t know how to organise our stuff in the vehicle.

Firstly I would just like to say that the customer had so much stuff and only booked for 1 hour. She most likely would have needed a Luton van. I put how much stuff I could physically fit inside my medium van. She also asked me if I could secure some of her items to the roof of my van! I always help my customers, which other customers have said and also have been very happy with my services. I spoke for a few minutes on my blue tooth to another customer. Before I could connect it to my phone to my blue tooth it went onto loud speaker, that’s it.
No blankets or protection on the sofa.

It’s a shame the customer felt like this.
Firstly I was only 1 minute late, as the building entrance was on another street, which was not mentioned on the booking.
I explained to the customer they only have a one hour booking and her time was up, I said if you need help to take the items up, it will be an extra charge- she refused saying I will take by myself. I do not think 1 minute would have been enough time to take all of the belongings up. Many previous positive reviews shows I am a helpful and respectful driver. Thanks

Booked on mobile and found it hard to review before confirming order. Ended up paying extra because of a mistake. A bit hefty for a small move a very short distance.
The driver barely helped.
He asked me to pay for congestion charges , no one told me I would have to do it.
In the email it said there was place for 2 passengers but only one was allowed in the van

I explained to the customer beforehand about the congestion charge, it also states about the congestion charge in their email. They felt the congestion charge should be included in the price
of their job. Due to social distancing, only one person is allowed in the van- which again I explained.
I offered to help- I always offer to help on my jobs. The customer choose to bring their items to the van themselves, that was their choice.
Driver was running late but called me to let me know and was helpful with moving my stuff.

Very good experience now for a second time with this driver.
The driver was great and everything went smoothly. My only problem is that my driver called half an hour before my booking telling me that I still owed him money added to the price that I paid to rent the van. He said it was a fee because my address was in the congestion zone. I think the website should have warned me that I was going to pay more than the price displayed on the website when I booked the van. I put my address when I booked and I should have been aware that the price displayed wasn’t the price I was going to pay in the end because of my location.

Thank you for your review. As the Congestion Charge is a government tax, we cannot include this fee within the quote total. We therefore display clear warning signs on the quotes page, within the Terms and Conditions, inside your confirmation email and we also text "5 things you should know" which include a warning of this additional fee. We are sorry you missed these.
There wer cushion on the floor of the van. I know they were not blankets but maybe straps, I didnt know cause I didnt need them. All good no complaint.

He was 25 minutes late, and we finish 20 minutes before the hour that we have booked him, but he didn’t tell me to pay him less for that. We actually have paid him 5 £ more because he said that the small van was too small even though the info online were different. Then I’ve asked to travel with him in the van and he said that I’m the small van was not possible but in the app there was permitted one person.
The medium van was what I think a small one.
Anyway he was nice and he treated us with respect.

I wish he didn't rush me especially since we had time... i had to leave some items behind despite me listing them in the details and there being enough space. I also wish he told us he was poorly so we could practice safer social distancing.

Hardeep was great. He helped load and unload the van and when there was a hiccup with the loading bay at the drop off he remained very calm and handled the situation perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.
Was easy and nice move
I paid the additional fee for Van driver to assist me. He instead left my belongings in the street infront of the destination i was moving to and left without helping me move my items in! He left an hour early despite me paying for 2 hours. Don’t really see what I paid the extra fee for really...

Sorry the customer felt like this. Firstly customer lives on 5th floor no lift, the customer booked ground floor to ground floor. When I arrived there she requested I help her bring her items from the 5th floor, as a goodwill gesture I did without any extra charge. On the other side, customer said wait 30 minutes to unload the van, I waited 30 minutes and then unloaded the van. I ask the customer is it okay for me to leave no and the customer said yes it’s fine to go. So I’m not sure why the customer interpreted in such a way. Thank you.

The driver/ helper charged me £10 extra because he told me he expected 2 flights of stairs when the flat was the 2nd floor he called it 2 flights per floor- this was news to me. So I paid the £10 but he didn't get a tip. He also complained the whole time and wasn't strong in helping move items or showing willing in helping my parter with the items going to the van. Is he in the right job? It would be nice to pay for a service and have some enthusiasm or willingness! I honestly didn't mean to deceive with the flights/ floors issue and I made that clear that I'd pay it ... was an ok experience ... I only used 1.5 of the 2 hours time as well... so again, he was on time and completed the work, and was reasonably personable but flights / floors needs clarity and helpful if helper isn't grudging about helping!

I nicely explained that there would be an extra charge for the extra stairs before moving the items as it’s company policy to inform the customer beforehand. The customer then said as the job finished in 1.30 hrs, what about the remainder time, again I said to the customer, the customer has the choice-how long to book the van for, this is not the van drivers decision it’s up to the customer, as in the past customers have only booked me for 1 hour. Throughout the whole job, I helped load and unload all of the heavy items, I explained to the customer that as there are some very heavy items, to carry the items safely I will need help to carry them, which maybe the customer thought it was a complaint. I was only trying to do my job in a safe manner. As it can be seen I have many positive reviews, which does indicate that I am very passionate about my job. Thank you."

The driver was very good with communication before the move but didn’t appear very happy on arrival at my flat (final destination)... I wanted to offer a tip but was disappointed ..., the booking was for 2.5hours and it took only 1 and a half. He had travelled with his girlfriend in the van so I was surprised he didn’t have a smile !!

Hardik arrived on time. He has a new, clean Ford Transit Custom (Medium sized van), and he brought a hand truck, a sackful of strapsand a couple of large blankets. He managed to load the van, drive us to our new home and unload within the hour and half I'd requested, despite the fact that we had twice as many boxes as I'd originally estimated! I would use this service again.

On a 'driver help' booking, the driver will expect you to assist him if goods are too heavy or awkward for one person to move. If you do not wish to assist with the booking, it is advisable to book a 2 man team.

My driver, Hardeep, was really great. He was early, friendly and very helpful! I had to move in the pouring rain so his effort was highly appreciated. Overall excellent experience and would do use him again. The whole move was done very quickly.
My driver was very nice and professional, but he was 10 minutes late to my house and we stopped for petrol on the way. We ended up running 20 minutes over expected time, and he asked for half an hour compensation despite the fact that he was late and we made a petrol stop.

It’s a shame and sorry the customer felt this way. I was on time, I was at the backside of the property, the customer requested me to come to the front, as it was easier to load the van. The reason I stopped at the petrol station, as the customer requested me to stop at a cash point. It took me the same time for me to fill up, as it did the customer to withdraw cash. 99% of my customers are always very happy with my service.

The driver was 30 minutes late. I did not see the place to notify that there were stairs. Because, I felt bad I carried half of the boxes up the stairs myself and still had to pay the stair fee! I had two men; let's just say I could have done it myself for 125 pounds!

We are sorry that the driver was delayed to your booking, and do have a Lateness Refund Policy which you will find attached to your booking confirmation.
We do ask you to declare if there are stairs at either collection or delivery address when you book, and provide a drop down menu selection for this. However, the driver's stair charge is only payable if you ask them to carry your goods up or down any flights of stairs at your booking, and this is optional.

It’s such a shame the customer felt this way. I was outside the property on time. When I tried to call the customer, their phone kept going to voicemail. That’s why they believe I was late by only 3 minutes. I was not in anyway careless, I was handling all their property with care. My previous reviews always indicate that I am passionate about my job.

The driver arrived promptly and on time. He was very friendly, polite and incredibly helpful with loading the van, taking my items down two flights of stairs at the old house and the new house. He made moving home a nice smooth easy process.
I highly recommend my driver who was extremely polite and helpful. Already from the first call he showed his expertise and made an estimate of what van I needed. He also changed to a bigger van without any problems and even offered to help with loading when this wasn’t paid for.
Everything was exalent, Aswell driver helped with everything.
Both the driver and assistant arrived on time, and assisted with absolutely everything. They had everything in the van very quickly and it all arrived at my new place in pristine condition!
The driver was on the phone most of the time and was not very helpful with moving my stuff, including banging it around and not taking care.

I made 2 trips for the customer, despite the customer only booked for a medium van, as the customer had a lot of items. On both occasions I helped the customer load the van, I was careful with the customers items. Furthermore I waited 40 minutes outside the self storage department, whilst the customer was booking their storage space. I again helped the customer to place all of their items in their storage area. All of my customers have been happy with my service. I used my phone for an important call. It’s a shame the customer felt this way.

If I am brutally honest I didn't feel much energy from these guys but overall I have no complaints, they were on time, the job took an hour so half the time it should have done but had my friend and I not helped them it would have definitely taken longer.

I am sorry David feels this way, I am not sure why this has happened. Myself and my helper took his sofa down from 3 flights of stairs and when we got to the drop off address, we also fixed his sofa together for him and they thanked us for doing this. My helper brought down all the heavy items.
My helper was going up the stairs frequently to collect the bags, they chose to pass the bags to my helper, we did not ask for their help.
They asked my helper to load some items into their car, my helper was more focused on helping to load my van.
As you can see from my other reviews, I am always helpful and give an extra helping hand.
