My driver was the best there is. He dealt with a last minute cancellation from another driver and filled the role with flying colours. He was on time, helped with boxes, good chat in the car and even polite enough to wish me well with the move.

The drivers who turned up did a good job. However they were not assigned to the job until 7pm on the sunday before the 9am move on the monday. They were held up by other jobs (turning up an hour late) and they had not had any of the information that we had communicated to Man And Van provided to them. The organisation side of it from Man And Van was terrible and made all of the effort we had made to communicate the specific arrangements of our move completely pointless. We won't book through here again.

Even though he was late the move was very smooth and the guys handled a daunting set of steps to our house with our enormous American fridge/freezer with great attitude and goodwill . They went above and beyond and completed the move in good time . Such likeable lads too .

I rented a van from Europcar, it broke down and they were only able to offer me a mini cooper as a replacement (I know it sounds like a joke, it isn't!), so I booked this last minute, without him I'd have been in big trouble.
I was scheduled for 8pm, at 6:30 I text him saying I would be available earlier than expected, and he turned up at 6:55. Helped with all the loading/unloading, couldn't have asked for more.
