I booked a giant van with a driver helping and another helper. But the driver turned up half an hour late and without the helper. So that meant that my elderly father and I had to do all of the heavy lifting. This is clearly not what I paid for and is unacceptable

Issoufa was lovely. Out original driver cancelled the day before our move but Issoufa picked it up at last minute and came to the rescue. He took care of all our belongings. The only sour note was he asked for a tip immediately as we finished unpacking, I didn't even have a chance to say a proper thank you yet!

After another driver cancelled on us we were very worried that we wouldn't be able to move house, luckily he stepped in at the last minute got us there in good time and was incredibly friendly

The driver was late.

I ordered the giant truck for all my stuff but the driver came with a truck which had already many items occupying part of the truck.
I live at 2nd floor, the driver said he will only help if I pay 15 pounds per stair case, I immediately agreed. Then later he started complaining for every item that I did not mention in the items list while booking the service. I put all big heavy items in the list while booking and it showed me giant size which was enough for me. And even though the driver came with truck already partially occupied, he was asking me to pay more for every item type, no matter how small, that was not mentioned in the list where I provided only major items.

The driver was rude, continuously saying he will not complete my job if I do not pay extra money and was continuously finding new ways to ask for more money.
I told him I have booked giant empty truck for 4 hours, take what can come in the truck but he was extremely un professional, rude and threatening to go away without doing my job.

I paid him extra money for the stairs and extra hours at the end but the job was a complete failure and a nightmare for me.

I asked for two people doing the job, the driver was an old person who could not help much, so I had to work with the other guy for 80% of the job, so I paid for an extra person who did not work and instead I worked for him.

I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

We originally hired another driver who unfortunately became unavailable at the last minute so we were sent another driver, Oumarou, who as result of a last minute change was running late but did all he could to minimise the delay. We also hired a driver + mate but the new driver's mate wasn't available so in the end it was a man with a van only. Nevertheless with some help Oumarou had the job done in good time and to a high standard too. He even helped us with some extras. All in all we're happy and would definitely recommend him.

Oumar was held up by traffic a bit on arrival but he and his son could not have been more helpful and cheerful.
I was really happy with his work and would recommend him without hesitation.

Driver was efficient but hygiene was very poor - he defecated in our toilet and did not clear up after himself properly.
