The customer service was TERRIBLE. i asked for estimated time so i could pay accordingly and they made me pay extra 60 pounds with extra 1.5hours i did not need.
Company is terrible do not trust it.
Driver is great instead.
Language barrier makes it hard to understand or get point across but all in all was ok. They done the job.

They were efficient and quick at moving the stuff in and out of the van. Making the move much less stressful and were great at moving our larger items of furniture. Great service and would use them again.

Prompt, efficient and stacks like a tetris champion
I got a poor service for the huge money I paid. The driver arrived 2 hours after the agreed time. I had hired some help who I had to pay but couldn't do anything for two hours as the van didn't arrive until 9pm. And when it arrived, it wasn't the giant van I booked, it was a much smaller one. I had to end up hiring another van separately to complete my move. The driver could barely speak or understand english/my complaints. Wasn't a good experience at all. I would like my money back.

Florin arrived early and had even called ahead to say he was on his way. He was extremely efficient: we were very impressed that he moved our heavy boxes up two flights of stairs so quickly, while still handling them carefully.
He made our move far less stressful - would highly recommend.
I booked for 3 people but only 2 showed up. But they got the job so all OK.
