Polite, kind, showed up early and was extremely careful and efficient with all items.
They complained constantly about the weight of the items, midway through losing the van they said they would not do the job if we didn’t help them bring the boxes up and said if they knew there would be stairs they wouldn’t take the job (even though it was clearly stated on the job description that it was on the third floor). We paid more because we stated this, and hired them for 3 hours. My husband did most of the work and they finished in two hours. If you don’t want to carry weight, you might be in the wrong business. Would definitely not recommend if you need to hire a helper for your move.
