Shaun was great! Although our original driver cancelled the evening before our move Shaun from R.S Buckley Transport took the job, was on time (except some traffic) and had the upmost respect for our items and us. He helped my husband pack the van up alone and helped us unpack after their arrival. He was very professional is his handling of our items during the whole process. He was diligent and kind making sure nothing was damaged and that we had everything with us before he left. Would definitely recommend him!
Yes.. the driver was lovely and helpful, I will highly recommend but the customer service guy I talked to on the phone wasn’t helpful. He declined to amend my order which I wasn’t happy with. I can’t recall the name but I know he can do better, last time I used the service the lady was helpful.

Driver had a minor problem which delayed him, but it did not impact on our ride. Was super lovely and respectable. Highly recommended!
Driver came one hour earlier which actually worked better for me. Van was a little messy in the passenger seat, but overall he did a fantastic job. Looked after my items with care and concern and helped me off load on to trolleys at the storage place. And van was bigger the expected which was a plus also.
I’d have given him a 5 star except he was 2 hours late and I’d already moved all the smaller items cause I wasn’t sure if he’d turn up but he did say his manager sent on another job when he was on the way to mine, so considering he was a replacement driver as the first driver cancelled on me, I was quite happy overall, though I believe I’m due a part refund?
He is very respectful and helpful.
