They helped me dismantle some of my furniture even though I hadn't requested this and came with all the necessary tools. They were very pleasant and made the whole experience relatively fun. However, he called head office and a replacement van and driver were sent immediately. Fair enough, there were some unforeseen circumstances on his way, but he also could not find the pick up point circling around the area for one hour. CMV response: The driver has been advised that if he has problems in the future contacting a customer on arrival he should call the office for assistance.	1st October
