The team were absolutely excellent. They helped me dismantle some of my furniture even though I hadn't requested this and came with all the necessary tools. They were very pleasant and made the whole experience relatively fun. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Our driver called So was amazing. As our first driver got cancelled he came to us as quickly as possible and helped with goods when he didn't have to. His driving skills were safe but fast. Making sure I was still in the clock when I arrived. A total dream with no fault. Thank you So! ???????????????????? All in all good app being a first time user. Will recommend for sure!

Soe Oo and his helper were really great - they arrived slightly early (which suited me perfectly) and got on with the job quickly. They lifted EVERYTHING with care and did it all very quickly. The van was clean, all my stuff transported safely and they were polite and very friendly.

About an hour before I was due to move I received a shocking call from my driver, Sebastian, telling me his van had been stolen. However, he called head office and a replacement van and driver were sent immediately. I was very pleased that the replacement was done so smoothly and I hope Sebastian gets his van back soon.

This driver was fantastic. He was on time, extremely helpful and professional. I am very impressed with this service.
The driver was nearly 1.5 hrs late for a job which was supposed to take 3 hrs. Fair enough, there were some unforeseen circumstances on his way, but he also could not find the pick up point circling around the area for one hour.
CMV response: The driver has been advised that if he has problems in the future contacting a customer on arrival he should call the office for assistance.
