It is my fault I wasn't aware of morning traffic on Monday but he was very professional and transparent that he was stuck in traffic and he is making his way. He may not have all the equipment like blankets and straps because I didn't have any furniture to be moved. He was respectful and handful with all my items. Plus, he is very kind and thoughtful. Waiting time was long but probably because of the change of booking. Plus, the previous transaction caused the delay.

Driver was 20 minutes late due to traffic but did call me in advance and this was not really a problem.
Was helpful, flexible and courteous when he arrived.
I did not see any straps/blankets in his van but he did imply that he had these if needed.
He helped transport an exercise bike and mattress and did load it carefully with my help...The load looked secure (with minimal movement) without straps but perhaps should have been strapped to absolutely ensure no movement?
Delivery at the other end went smoothly.
On the whole a good experience and I would use him again!

What an absolutely lovely guy. So helpful, so patience, very talkative and wise. Packed efficiently and carefully making sure he knew which boxes had breakables. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a friendly smooth move.
The driver was not helpful to carry the items on the destination upon the stairs. He just brought the items from the van to the main entrance and helped carry only 3 items on the first floor of the flat. I carried the items myself, was not worth paying him 65£ and 3£ tips.

Very swift service. Had to take an extra trip due to a forgotten item (my own fault) which wasn't a problem at all for the driver. Overall top class service!
Although I booked for two hours (and the driving part was just 0.7 mile), the driver was in hurry and wanted to go much earlier, left the lighter furniture mostly for me alone to carry.

The key to good customer service to me is building good relationships with my customers. Thanking the customer, promoting a positive, helpful and friendly, and it is never in my character to be disrespectful.
I completed moving all the items for her and I never left any items behind. Her neighbour also assisted me. The items are 5 Dining Chairs, 1 Dining Table (Medium), 1 2 Seater Sofa] the sofa is 158*95 cm. the table is 156*100 cm.
The dining table was disassembly and needed a screwdriver and 12 inch flat spanner to assemble it back at her residence (Flat 7, 15 Mackintosh Lane London E9 6AB 2 flights of stairs) in which she insisted I should assemble it and I said to her without a screwdriver and 12 inch flat spanner it is not possible.
I was not in a hurry to go, however, there was no parking space and the route is marked double yellow line. I got a ticket of £65 last week in which I narrated my experience to her that I need to get my vehicle out of that area. No items was left behind for her.
