Our original driver cancelled so we had Jason, who was extremely helpful and friendly, and we managed to get everything moved within 2-3 hours. He proactively got in touch and mentioned concerns around van size for my items, which I am glad he did, so everything was smooth! Man with van gave the wrong address compared to the original booking, but otherwise it was fantastic and would recommend!

We are a foodbank and had 3 tonnes of crates to move. They kept me up to date with arrival times and brought 3 guys so that they were sure they could get finished. Very helpful. HIghly recommended

Driver upgraded my Medium size van into an extra large van without telling me saying a medium size van wont fit. Then asked for 10 pounds cash. and another guy beside the driver showed up which made me have no choice but to leave my dad himself on the van with them then take the train myself to my new home. Really frustrating service quite bed experience!

Driver's response:
"Arrived at this job with a 2 man team as we had other jobs that day.
At the first location the customer's father and roommate with our help loaded the van. Around 10 IKEA bags weighing 30 to 35 kg plus other misc items.
This had filled up half of our Luton van.
Then we had to pickup a mattress from another location.
I contacted this customer the day before and she didn't mention that she wanted to travel along with us.
I charged an extra £10 as she booked a medium van no help required.
She was being cheeky thinking she could get away by ordering a medium van for all her items. I told her that we would do 2 trips if we came in a medium van and hence why the £10 extra charge. I also had the customers father ride along in our van.

The size of the van was exceptional, the driver and associate were top class and were happy to help move things into the new house. I would definitely recommend this person and would use again in the future.

Very frustrating that there was no alternative when the original driver cancelled in the last minute. The driver who eventually replaced him did an excellent job -fast, professional, flexible (company had not briefed him correctly on amount of stuff to move). Very happy with the driver , less happy with the company.
