My moving was fast and smooth, Tom understood what I needed and ran the extra mile to make it as easier as possible for me, by helping with carrying boxes all the way inside my house. Tom was brilliant. So helpful and patient. He did a great job taking apart and re-assembling my bed, and helped carry loads of pretty heavy stuff up two flights of stairs with no problems at all. He was also flexible on time when we had to rearrange a bit at short notice. 100% reccomended.

Tom was early and incredibly efficient at getting everything loaded in the van which meant that we left on time and I had a stress and hassle free experience. Good conversation on the way to the new address. Would definitely recommend.

I wasn’t happy with the size of the van as I had to pay extra for 2 trips by the driver. At the point of booking I mentioned items I needed moving including- 4 single beds, sofa bed, dinning table and 4 chairs. The van couldn’t fit in just the 4 single beds let alone other items. That was really disappointing!

Tom arrived earlier with 15 mins, he was really helpful. The arrangement of the load was extremely careful. Professional service, kind person. Highly recommended

Tom was decently 10 minutes early which gave enough time to figure out how to pack the van. Tom helped move the stuff quickly. Tom kept conversation with me and made me feel relaxed. Tom also made sure to be considerate to my old and new neighbor's and make them aware of our loading and off loading. They appreciated being told. Driver sas very helpful. He had to move us quite a distance, we had too much stuff for his van (which was our fault for underestimating) but he managed to squeeze as much stuff in as possible. To make things worse it was raining when we moved, but he made no complaints and was as quick as possible with assisting our move. Would highly recommend. And a big thank you for helping us!

I just want to say a massive thank you to Tom! I have gone onto this website and booked him twice now and he's been fantastic every time! The first time, we both chatted away from Southend to west London having a laugh, swapping stories making me feel so comfortable and at ease, Even when it came to the heavy lifting of the more difficult,heavy furniture - needing to be carried up 2 flights of stairs and maneuvered through a few narrow hallways didn't seem to alter his positivity. The second time, i met him in London and despite being stuck in traffic for over 2 hours he was still really positive,helpful and handled all my belongings with care. I could not recommend him enough everything went so smoothly and moving was made so much easier with him on hand to help, he took a lot of the moving stress away. Thanks Tom :)

Driver was amazing helping with our move. 2 Uni students moving from small flat to house. Driver helped with carrying items and was very kind! Booked for 2 hours and due to the help of the driver we was able to move in just over an hour! Was very happy to give driver all the money was well deserved!! Was so helpful!
