We booked Alex on an hour’s notice for a cross country house move after another mover no-showed on the morning! He was prompt to confirm the booking, friendly and patient in helping up bring our furniture downstairs, and did a great, efficient job. The staff at the call centre were also so helpful in reassuring me they’d be able to get me moved today! Thank you so much Alex - you really got us out of trouble and I’d highly recommend!

Only problem was we booked a time slot and presumed the driver would do multiple drop offs as this was not specified on the website, this information would have been helpful to be on the website as we had to pay extra for another trip. But, overall the driver was fantastic! CMV Response: We do send you a link to the 'Five Things You Really Need to Know About Your Booking' which we advise that you read prior to your move. This explains that as the quote you have received is based on mileage, there is a small additional fee due to the driver should you request that he make multiple trips to cover the extra work and mileage.

Don’t know if there were straps and blankets. I didn’t see in the van. Everything went smoothly. The driver did ring the night before saying he would be late because he had to take his children to school.

The most helpful and service minded I have so far, went all out for helping me. Gold star.

The driver asked me to pay for parking. CMV Response: Pay and display parking should be purchased by the customer on behalf of the driver. This information is provided on the 'FAQ' section of the website, and on the 'Terms and conditions' page.

Driver was slightly late but only by a few minutes. Only used him for an hour but paid for two. Was disappointed he didn't offer a small reduction but didn't ask thought it was impolite. Overall very happy.

This guy knows what he's doing . on time , quick and polite .

He came with blankets but not straps but most of my stuff was in boxes. He was very polite and I talked to him about his faith.

Alex arrived a bit later but he called ahead of time to let us know that he was stuck in the congestion. He was very helpful and I would recommend him.

Our driver was wonderful! He lifted and put everything in his van, even my mobility scooters and the large scooter which I didn’t think I’d be able to take due to its weight, and strapped everything down so it was all safe. He worked really fast, and he was very respectful as it was a sensitive situation. I know that without a doubt I will book him again to move my things 😁
