Definitely a good guy, offering a professional service. I had read many good reviews about him, and I must say that now he's fully confirmed such positive previous reviews. Arrived perfectly in time, was patient, largely helped me loading/unloading my stuff, safe drive to destination, nice person to have a chat with (even with an easily understandable pronunciation for non-British people like me!). For me, strongly recommendable.
