He was very helpful and reasonable, both at the storage unit where we loaded the van together, and during the two-hour journey to our destination followed by unloading at the other end. Driver's response: Hi This client had an attitude from the beginning of the trip. The van arrived on time but took a few mins to find suitable parking so was with the customer 5 mins after the booking time. Attempted to make friendly conversation but was getting one word answers from the client so decided to leave the client alone and communicate mainly about the job. Delivery address was a nightmare in the middle of kings cross. Driver asked client if it was possible to take a few small light items whilst he tried to find a suitable loading location which the client agreed to do. Maybe this client was just having a bad day or was maybe he was racist because this is not a true reflection of what happened. The van arrived on time, driver was very friendly and we did the job to the best of our ability. Thank you Chris	4 years ago
