Driver was on time Didn't have straps and blankets Driver was not respectful The driver didn’t come inside to help me lift my items down the stairs and out of my house, rather he met me at the bottom of my internal stairs. He also asked me multiple times to leave an hour earlier than what I booked him for, while I was unloading my items into my storage container. I ended up telling him to go as I was pretty sick of his persistence. He also charged me for the London congestion zone which wasn’t warned in advance. I won’t be recommending him again and I was pretty disappointed with the service. I feel like I’ve been ripped off by the driver and the Man & a Van service	3 years ago

Driver was on time Didn't have straps and blankets Driver was not respectful When l met the driver, he told me straight away that he need an extra 20 pounds as I did not inform the details of the items.. So I told him that I would check it to his company, then he said it is fine. Actually, I only had 14boxes and most of them are light and it’s less than 10mins drive, I do not think I need to pay for extra. Anyhow, he carried the things quickly and it finished very fast. So I gave him 5pounds as a tip after all. He seemed happay. Driver's response: I don't agree and I don’t know where this has come from. If I’m honest, I was not disrespectful in any way. If I was so disrespectful how can I still get a tip? It just doesn't make sense and it’s unfair that I have to go through this. At this rate I should start wearing a body cam so I can set the record straight. I had to reply to this review because I’m just so confused. I understand that everybody has problems, but hey I’m here to do a service, I’m not a punching bag, but life goes on and I love my job and I can only try harder and be better and rise above this, that’s the bigger picture. Driver was on time Didn't have straps and blankets Driver was respectful Few painful points: - Lack of organization when packing van - Driver spent a fair amount of time distracted by his phone - Inability to follow a map at times adding on extra time to move Despite this, he’s a lovely guy! Driver's response: Even tho I didn’t receive any help for the move and only a little near the end, I would say I worked hard. I think it’s unfair that I go far and beyond and I was only checking my phone for split second. I think it’s harsh for a 'lovely guy'. And speaking of lack of organisation, despite not having a key to the big gate to make easy access, I’m now having more work to do walking to the premises which led me to park on the double yellow lines. We even got to the Big Yellow Storage and she complained about the staff being rude. I don’t need to say much more but yet I’m a lovely guy lol	4 years ago
