Also when I arrived to my new house he helped unload the van (despite not being paid to) very nice and friendly too.	5th September

Despite not having paid for help from the driver, he helped with the lifting and carrying. His help, promptness and efficiency meant that I had completed the move in half the time I estimated. Had a nice chat with him on the ride over, too. :-)	13th July
