He was respectful, arrived on time and gave me a call the day before to ask if everything is going well with my moving. Not happy with the service although the driver was friendly. Driver's response: "Yes, this is true because when I went to start the van it would not start. I contacted the customer and explained what happened and asked if they were happy to do this job with a 7 seater. If not, I would call the company to arrange a replacement service, but this would mean that there was a delay on the booking. The customer accepted my offer and the booking was completed in full.	4 years ago

Driver was not on time Had straps and blankets Driver was not respectful The driver broke one of hour boxes and was late on arrival and slow driving DRIVER'S RESPONSE: I was late because i received the booking at short notice, and I was in Leicester at the time. When i arrived on location, miss Eleonora and her boyfriend did not help me to load the van. I loaded the van alone, but there was a plastic box which was very heavy. I took this box, but because it was too heavy, it broke. I drove normally, because the limit speed was 20m/h. Congestion zone. I was on time at the delivery address, but the owner was not there, and we waited for the owner. I finish the work when the van was emptied. 25 minutes extra time. I followed the rules.	5 years ago

He had gone over time which is understandable but demanded payment from my sister in law when the contract is with myself. He threatened to leave with the items if he was not paid! I was doubtful the move will go ahead as the company I booked cancelled on me last night at 21:30. However, Adrian took the booking without any problems, showed up on time and made my day.
