We booked his service from 11.30 to 13.30, and yes he was slightly early but that's not our problem and he left the property before 13.40 so I would hardly say he should charge us for a whole hour. On top of that he got plenty of tip and we had to pay for charging zone as well which was fine.	6 years ago

Maurino had to leave for another job after loading, since I'd only booked for two hours, and we'd used up all that time (and more!) by then I was disappointed, but thought this was fair - I had only booked the minimum time and since I was still packing while they loaded. However, during the move a wheel was broken from my folding bed and the side of my chest draw on the bottom has been bashed up. I don't think I would use his services again, because my things did get damaged. There were blankets there but he did not use for any of my items.	8 years ago

Mo and Maurino were very good with all my things and the properties at each end. Maurino had to leave for another job after loading, since I'd only booked for two hours, and we'd used up all that time (and more!) by then I was disappointed, but thought this was fair - I had only booked the minimum time and since I was still packing while they loaded.
