Excellent service and smooth move

Excellent two gents when provided an excellent services. Pick up and delivery.

Very swift move, pretty quick and easy to book too

We made the same journey and left after the driver. While I appreciate they may have speed restrictions and will stop, we also stopped and arrived 2 hours before the driver.
They then demanded the cash for additional time immediately and was rude in saying a bank transfer “will do but isn’t great”.
On attempting to state that two or three boxes were fragile, the response was “well they’ve go to go in”
Probably wouldn’t recommend given it wasn’t the cheapest quote received.

Thank you for your feedback.

I am so sorry to hear that you were not 100% satisfied with the service. Our Team arrived at the storage on time and there was nobody there to meet us for 20 minutes. We tried to call you but without any luck.
After 20 min arrived 2 gentlemen and said that they are there on behalf of you. We did load van as fast and as safe as possible to make sure your belongings are safe for the long journey. Regarding the boxes - even the boxes had not been packed properly(plates were not protected in packing paper or bubble wrap and were loose in boxes, we did our best to make sure they are packed safely into the van and as we are aware they did arrive safely at the destination.
Regarding the travel time Moving From London to Warrington, it is around 210 miles one way and at the compare website, it shows only estimate time 3hours 50 minutes. Unfortunately, we do not know which way or what speed were driving 2 gentlemen, but you have to take into the account that we are driving fully loaded Van and our speed is 60-65 miles per hour. We did take a short break when we felt that it is not safe to be on a road as it is hard to drive 210 miles without a stop. We are using Live traffic google maps and unfortunately, the traffic is something which is out of our control especially in a long drive journey. That is why we always recommend for costumers for long journeys take into the account traffic and add an additional 1 hour to the move to be safe.
Regarding the payment, I do apologize if that was a surprise for you, but as per terms and condition any additional charges are payable on the completion in cash, unfortunately, we do not have a card machines with us and we do offer bank transfer as it was in your case, but we are trying to avoid it just because the transfer sometimes can take up to 2 hours and the driver can leave only once we receive the confirmation of the payment.

Once again I am sorry that your move did not go as you expected as we know moving is already stressful and we are doing our best to make sure our customers get the best possible service.
