He was on time, loaded the van very efficiently (I was slightly worried we should have got a bigger van but it was absolutely fine). He then kindly drove us to our new home and waited patiently while we got the key from the landlord and then cheerfully moved our ton of stuff up to our 4th floor flat (about 60 steps each time!). I highly recommend Ashley to anyone wanting a helpful and efficient man and a (remarkably clean!) van.	6 years ago

Lots of help with the packing/unpacking and lifting which is something I wouldn't have been able to do myself - he really couldn't do enough to make sure I was happy with how my things were place within the van. I would expect my deposit refunded! CMV response: We can see that your original driver reported that he could not undertake the booking, so rather than cancel and refund you at that point, we worked to send you a replacement driver with the earliest possible time of arrival, so you were not let down for your move. However, you will find our lateness refund policy attached to your email booking confirmation. When the new driver was allocated to you, you were sent an updated email confirmation which contained the direct contact details for your new driver and we are sorry that you seem to have missed this.	6 years ago
