Everything was explained to us right from the start, left the two guys to it and they were done in a couple of hours. We had some trouble getting the keys to our me place but the guys were happy to wait and just got on with it. Very professional service and stress free for me!	8 years ago

They were both very polite, friendly and went above and beyond to help us move our stuff. They were light footed, didn't allow doors to slam, maneuvered furniture expertly and had all the necessary extras to wrap our fragile furniture in. Would definitely recommend them!	8 years ago

He went above and beyond (we had more stuff than we thought and it took more trips than we anticipated!) but he was really helpful and lugged the heaviest furniture through the tiniest openings for us... we wouldn't have been able to do it without him. They were at my house promptly as promised, and were quick yet careful when moving my belongings to and from the van. They were incredibly friendly and made moving really fun, sharing in my excitement for my new home. Some of my stuff was really heavy but they didn't moan once. The two men were extremely helpful and pleasant, and moved some very awkward pieces of furniture very efficiently.	8 years ago

Driver was not on time Had straps and blankets Driver was respectful The first driver I booked was orginally meant to come and pick me up with all my boxes at 9am - however Igot a call at 8:30am saying he would not be here for 10am (which wasnt the time I had booked anyway) and he had a broken window - he said he had no idea when he would make it. As I had professional cleaners coming at midday for an end of tenancy clean this was a nightmare! So I called compare the man and van and explained the situation- they were so helpful and amazing!!! The guys they sent as a replacement were the best and I will be using them again at the end of the month when I move my things out of the storage unit and into the house, they were super fast and careful with my things - and even dropped me back to east london after my time was up !!
