He was a last minute change as we had booked someone else and arranged with them to bring a bigger van, which meant the van he brought was too small. Chris was helpful & polite at all times. I cant recommend this service enough. It would have been better for a call from company to clear up, confusion rather than an email. Both drivers were great, birth polite and helpful. As said, it was the company who didn't answer the call from me this morning after 15 mins, of waiting, emails sent its confirmation but errors.	8 years ago

He arrived early, helped us swiftly pack the van and made sure all our contents were neatly unpacked before he left. He was also very understanding with a complication that arose during our move.
