I have used this service once before and was a bit disappointed with the service i received. This time round my experience was much better. Very friendly and respectful guys but I asked for a assembled and re-assembled job when I applied for a man and van which the driver couldn’t provide. They did as much as they could to help me but now I will need to pay to another person to assemble all the items that I have. Plus my wardrobe, dining table, chest of drawers and my drying rack and damaged. Driver's response: I am very sorry to read this as I did have straps and sheets I had informed her before I started the job that I did not dissemble or assemble and she could get another team she said she was disappointed but as long as we dissemble it she would get someone else to put it back together. It was myself who told her that the wardrobe was scratched as it was the last thing to go into the van which took over an hour to take apart (which is why I do not dissemble or assemble) and I still offered to put it back together but she didn't have the instructions this job took over 5 hours to do of which she still offered £60 pounds and I refused to take it because of the wardrobe of which she insisted I take I still gave her back £30 as for the table and other things I am surprised at this and sincerely apologise I always endeavour to do a professional job . This lovely lady who was also heavily pregnant had even given me quite a few packets of chocolates and sweets for my children but yes sorry I don't assemble or dissemble .
