We had a lot of stuff to move including pieces of furniture broken down that needed to be reassembled in our new flat. The pieces had to arrive intact and they were super careful to ensure that. I don't know which one but one of them broke our door to the wardrobe and we just found out now trying to put it together, really disappointed as we cannot replace this!!!! I wish we didn't give big tips. There was lots of carrying involved as we had to go twice and also as I SAID IN QUOTES there was no driveway on property so I am aware it was harder job than usual maybe but would be nicer if they would not complain over this every few minutes we paid a lot for our move overall in the end, maybe they shouldn't accept our job then instead. Not happy and I would not recommend, booked because of reviews on here and I am disappointed as now I have wooden nice wardrobe with no use at all as door is smashed in half and irreplaceable......
Driver's response: Hi there First of all I understand the customer is upset about her item being damaged although we had no knowledge of this up until now as I was on this job myself, however this doesn't mean she just should make up lies in regards to the job. To start off we did not turn up late at all in fact we arrived early. The move went very smoothly and we were all very respectful and got on hence the reason the customer gave us such a large tip. We are very experienced in moving and at not one point did we complain about the journey or how hard the job was. The wardrobe that the customer is speaking about was dismantled by themselves and we only just loaded them onto the van and unloaded it to the new property. I find it very strange that they are only just complaining about this wardrobe now and if they knew who done it why nothing was said on the day of the move. All the pieces of the of the wardrobe were stacked on the wall by the customer and ourselves as we were only following instructions as they were going to be reassemble it by themselves. In all honesty I am quite disappointed with the customer and the false accusations she has made as on the day they were very lovely people they helped as much as they good and as mentioned before the move went very smoothly hence the reason why the customer felt obliged to give us a good tip. If we knew about any damage item we would've mentioned it and would not feel the need to hide it. I find it rather strange that she is only just mentioning it now when the job was over two weeks ago. Packed the van in record time and even with a massive obstacle thrown at them (the lift at the new building was out of service) they managed to get all the items up 5 flights of stairs without too much discussion. The whole move took a good couple of hours more than booked (due to the lift) but the guys ploughed on regardless (we obviously had to pay for the extra time). Cheers chaps, good work... I'm hope you've now recovered.

However driver was experienced and efficient. Notification that the bed needed to be taken apart would have been helpful, we had to dismantle it when they were moving other furniture out. Coped well with a lot of journeys to and from their van. Quick and efficient - did the move in 2.25 hrs.

The men even arrived a bit earlier than 9am, which suited me very well. The men were friendly and worked very quick, checked the flat with me before leaving that nothing was left behind. The driver was good and I felt safe and secure at all times. The men did a very good job getting my heavy and bulky couch up a very narrow staircase into the first floor, the same applies to my bed. The guys asked if They could help me with anything else before they left and were just very helpful, courteous and professional. All good were death with carefully, nothing damaged, dropped or any scratched walls etc. I used many companies in the past as I moved around a lot and this was by far the best experience I had. Thank you very much, a very happy customer.

In particular at the end, probably because they were tired, they have damaged the wall of the new office with a chest of drawers. I have some pictures if you need them. Not really a big problem in the end but was cause for some concern at the time. Driver deserves credit under difficult circumstances but could have been better prepared.
