The Van wasn't big enough. Wasn't able to take all the items.

They were a little late but that was out of their control they were fast, efficient and v friendly will def use them again in the future if I need them

They were nice and friendly but very slow. The move took twice what it did to move in and the cost for additional time was very high.

Unfortunately, I was not happy with the movers. They were really slow when unloading the van. 2.5 hours to unload a van and carry things to the first floor! That makes you think that this was done on purpose to pay the extra hours charge. Really dissapointed!

CMV response: The customer was refunded the extra amount paid. The driver was advised of the review and that he should improve his performance going forward.

Hello- the move was fine but I have been charged by my landlord for damage cause when removing my stuff.

I was overcharged as the time exceeded 3 hours so I need to be reimbursed for the damage.

WHat do I need to do?

email sent to the customer regarding the complaint also have notified the driver awaiting photos of the damages sent in order to resolve the situation
