He hardly helped with carrying items up the stairs and even though we finished two hours earlier than planned, he seemed in a rush to leave and didn't ask if we needed anything else for the remaining two hours. Also, his GPS wasn't working properly (was directing us to go round in a circle to essentially go straight - probably needed updating...?) which I imagine could add unnecessary time onto your journey if you were planning on moving on a weekday (luckily our move was on a Sunday morning). He did the job fine but after using Compare the Man and Van a few times now, I have come to expect an above average standard. This is definitely not meant to be read as a negative review as the move was still completed efficiently and with little trouble.	1st February
