Had long day still packing and disabling the bed frame till last minutes before the move.. but driver was soo nice and professional. I can't praise him enough, he evan had a bottle of water for me so I stay hydrated during to move, how thoughfull. Instructions were really clear so it goes best way. Really happy with the service. Deptford Logistics were absolutely fantastic. We were able to communicate in advance by WhatsApp and received all the politeness, positivity and helpfulness imaginable during the stressful process. However, my replacement driver, Shakat, could not have been more helpful! And he really was a life saver after Gary dropped out on me and left me stranded with no way of moving. But as I said - my replacement driver Shakat really did come to the rescue, and was incredibly kind, professional and efficient. Could not fault! Needless to say this review is for my REPLACEMENT driver Shakat, and not Gary who was in the end unprofessional as well as nonexistent!	3 years ago

Driver was on time Had straps and blankets Driver was respectful driver was great, as he filled in for a last minute cancellation, showed up early, good communication, quick move. compare the man and van itself need to improve dramatically - my allocated drive was changed 3 times and then on the morning f the move there was no allocated driver, which i had to find out by texting the allocated person to be told he was not doing the job and compare the man and van hadn't realised or reallocated a driver.	3 years ago
