Driver was on time Didn't have straps and blankets Driver was not respectful A couple of items were damaged during the move and the walls/ceilings were knocked and chipped (they have just been painted) several times. They didn’t use any covers to protect anything, this was particularly bad for the mattress which ended up getting quite dirty. TheirEnglish also wasn’t good which made communication more difficult. That said, they did turn up 15 minutes early and stayed longer than the allotted time.

To be fair the only good thing was they carried our furniture up 3 flights of stairs at the other end. The movers were very rough with our furniture items, hitting the walls in our rented property. Initially hired 3 men, only 2 turned up due to illness. Awaiting our refund now. They also broke a set of drawers which we were compensated for. Would use a different company next time.

They did not have a 3rd chair in the vehicle which meaned the helper traveled uncomfortably, as I went with in thee vehicle. Overall the move went very well and I would highly recommend them.

Driver was on time Didn't have straps and blankets Driver was not respectful i had an hour plus to use and he did not want to help me place the suitcases in respective places. i told him that he had an hour plus and he was disrespectful. i ended up letting him have the hour plus paid service go for free. he even said i should thank him because he did not work sluggishly. that was expected of him. he is obviously suppose to work smartly. he did not say thank you for PAID HOUR AND PLUS .... FREE. i am disappointed . i would appreciate it if this complaint was taken seriously and if someone could reply to this complaint. thank you.
Driver's response: Thank you for your review. First of all we would like to apologize if we caused you any inconveniences. We made appropriate investigation in regards of your complaint, team (driver and helper) have specified that job was finished by the point when there was nothing to do for them. They said that they have been asked just to wait for an hour that was paid for without doing anything, in this case they have been told to leave but to make sure that the job was fully completed. Customer was extremely unhappy that job took quicker then it was booked for. However, we can not take any responsibility for the time of the job as we are not estimating the size of the booking. We had to wait for thw payments to be confirmed by our solicitor and hax to wait 4 hours but the guys jumped into action when we got confirmation and quickly unloaded the van and moved the furniture to the required rooms and even assembled the beds. Driver was not on time Had straps and blankets Driver was respectful I hired 2 men and a van. The Driver was more interested in his phone and left his helper doing most of the work. When we arrived at my new flat, the Driver sat in the cab while his helper and my friend moved my stuff in. The helper was fantastic though, really helpful and very respectful. His driver could learn a lot from him! Saying that though, even though they were 25 minutes late (traffic apparently), they moved me within an hour and a half and with no complaining.

I did list the model of our photocopier which is very large and assumed not having heard anything back that this would be ok to remove. As it was it seems to need a step climbing trolley and maybe more than 2 men and so they were unable to remove it. This left us in a quandary as we could not get the item removed. We were very lucky the until next to us took it for us temporarily. So, what should happen is that the list of items should be checked as far in advance as possible (I booked it about two weeks before moving with the list) and then we should be notified in good time to tell us if an item cannot be removed for whatever reason.

Seeing as there was only 1 hr and a half before they were due I remained with the original company. On arrival the van was smaller than expected and did not look like a giant Luton (had no tail lift for starters as shown in photos) and I knew all my belongings would not fit. As predicted two trips were needed which in total took an extra 8 hours longer due to the smaller van and being a 3rd man down. I ended up paying for the extra travel time too which was nearly 2 hrs (which I don't understand why it took them so long- takes me an hr in traffic). Needless to say I spent an extra £354 so £600 in total and I was not left a very happy customer. Unfortunately I would not recommend this company. Very disappointed.

My move involved moving heavy furniture and the rest of the contents from a first floor flat but the two young men just cracked on . I had only booked them for 5 hours badly underestimating just how long everything would take. The move took an extra 2 hours but Eddie took everything in his stride and with good humour. I can now understand why this company has received its excellent reviews and I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to anyone considering using their services!

Driver was on time Had straps and blankets Driver was respectful I had 2 guys help me out and they were both smiley, friendly and very helpful!! I just had to point and they went. Kept offering to help and they said its ok. We ended up over running but it wasn't their fault (advice to really allow for traffic, loading and weather.. I allowed 1.5hrs and it wasn't enough) and they were happy to carry on despite having finished for the day. They really helped and made the journey even better with great taste in car music!!
