Elliot was great the van was packed nicely really took care of my stuff and helped me put things into place and he built my bed for me had great communication with him we really got on well. Unfortunately the large van and 2 hours was not enough, I have to double pay. CMV RESPONSE: This was not a manual booking and the customer booked online. The booking description 'mattress, wardrobe, drawers, sofa, bookshelves, CD shelve, dinner table and two benches, computer desk, computer chair, exercise chair, luggages and boxes' includes no dimensions but could be a 'large' van load. Customer booked 2.5 hours via the website and should be aware of the additional time rate and size guide provided.	5 years ago

He arrived in good time, took great care with my furniture, made sure everything fitted in the storage unit, and did it all with a smile. Driver was on time Had straps and blankets Driver was respectful I asked for a Driver helping an additional helper. Elliot and Sonny came for the move. Elliot was a very cheerful guy and did complete the work in time. He also suggested he could do removal service and other delivery if needed. Booked the move for 3 hours, but it got completed in 2.5 hrs. The only thing that was not mentioned by the website was that I will charged 10 quid more for each floor / staircase (for the whole trip and not per hour). I had two floors from the old house and 1 floor in the new house. So, I was charged 30 quid more than agreed. Not a big amount / big deal the website should have mentioned this first. But this is a feedback on the website rather than the people who helped in the moving. CMV response: When booking, you are asked if there are any flights of stairs at either collection or delivery address, and provided with a drop down box from which to make a selection, and we are sorry that you missed this. The driver will charge a one-off stair charge per man/per flight if you wish him to carry your goods up or down any flights of stairs during the booking.	5 years ago

They helped us move a large storage unit full of furniture and boxes into our new flat. We had a lot of very heavy and bulky items and loads boxes full of books.
