All items are handled with extreme caution and care we have bubble wrap and card board boxes shrink wrap and blankets. Larger items that can be damaged in transit are secured with ratchet straps. Not only do we offer a white glove service we also offer a white shoe service (over shoes)

Phoned Messages before, during and after removal as transparent with info re costs etc. My 90 Yr old mother was impressed as she was included in the removal plans. Both of us would use this service above any other. What felt like a six month clearance, packing, binning etc these 2 considerate and professional relieved us of all worry and concerns. I had to move everything on the first floor of my house either outside or downstairs so I could have my first floor flooring refurbished. They took care of everything -- thought about where to put things so I could access them and the rest of my house during work upstairs, let me know if there were items better kept inside, etc. They treated my things as if they were their own -- they were THAT careful. Cannot recommend highly enough. I have moved 10 times -- international moves -- and these are the best movers I've ever used. Don't hesitate!	4 years ago

We had been let down badly by our removal company and had to complete the move in time for 50 staff to commence work on Monday 1st April. When we realised this deadline wasn’t going to be met, we contacted you and within hours you and your team arrived and immediately took control of the situation. Your proactive, no nonsense approach meant our furniture and IT equipment was transported to the new site with the minimum of fuss, enabling our IT team to complete their side of things by Saturday evening. This meant we caught up on our schedule and making the rest of the weekend stress free. You and your team were amazing, friendly and very professional and we would have no problem in recommending your services. I made an error in delivery address in the system and he was not only extremely professional about the mixup but was incredibly friendly and understanding about getting us to our destination. I had a funny old mix of things to move including tubs of Scottish Pebbles, live plants in their pots, concrete pots, guitar and some glass furniture and a mountain bike. It was all thoughtfully packed in the van. so it arrived safely. I chose the driver assists option. At the destination I was flagging by the end but Pietro kept going and got the move done.
