Was very impatient and refused to collect some items arguing was overloaded which in fact wasn't. ..very disappointed!

18.11.2016 CMV response: The driver is a professional driver and the best person to judge when his van is being overloaded and therefore on the road illegally. Overloading applies in terms of the weight of loaded goods, as well as the space taken inside the van. We have seen pictures of this load and estimate that it would have required more than one van to move them.

The driver arrived 30 mins late but made contact and updated on the delay. We didn't book his help with moving things and so he did not even help strapping or arranging the items inside the van, he retired to the driver's cabin and spent the whole time there. He drove carefully with the heavy load.

I would expect a committed driver next time as we booked the van for 2 hours. Therefore we allowed ourselves sometime for some final packing since we have got a baby. And the destination was hardly 20 mins away from our place. The driver was kept on asking if its all done and when explained that the van been booked for 2 hours and please give us sometime he replied by saying "its not about the time and its about loading what's ready. I believe that the company's objective solely to smoothen the moving process but what us the use if the driver's annoyance makes it more stressful. On the other hand the van was pretty huge and we are glad that everything fits in one go. I hope other customers doesn't need to go through the same as we did yesterday. Most people like us wouldn't mind paying more for the service as all we want is satisfaction on both sides end of the day. Thank you.
