Terms and conditions:

 
1) We appreicate if you let us know all items before the day. 
 
2) Waiting time exceed 30 minutes at collection/delivery address is charged £15 for every 30 minutes.
 
3) If an item cannot be removed without breaking/damaging it, we can refuse to transport it.
 
4) Dismantling/reassembling services are not included in the price unless it was priorly agreed.
 
 
 
 
5) You agree to examine the goods carefully and must tell us about any loss or damage to the goods before the removal team leaves delivery address. 
 
6) Please note that packing materials and packing service are not included in the quote, unless stated before hand.

Didn't have straps and blankets

Driver was respectful

There was a one and a half hours delay, the van had other stuff in and almost didn't fit my items and no help was given for the stairs that I had paid for.
