Really hardworking and friendly on the hottest day of the year, smart about how to fit stuff in the van and they were unstoppable! In the end though, I found Kiril and his brother respectful, helpful and apologetic about the delay and all went well...I will definitely use them again. They could use some new blankets though as the ones used for my move were threadbare. As far as Compare the Man & Van customer service, James was incredibly helpful and responsive when I was facing a delay. He was on the phone with the driver, trying to sort out other options and keeping me updated in a timely fashion. After the move date changed I called customer service again, on the new date, to enquire about the moving team but it was James' day off. This time I spoke with Wesley, who was useless. He said he'd call the mover, as they were still short one man, and return my call within 15 minutes but I still haven't heard a word...the move was yesterday. So, 5 stars for James and 0 for Wesley.	5 years ago

They were diligent, cheerful, hard-working and respectful around the house, and were able to collect 2 items along the way which was a great help. They were the ideal movers! The move went without a hitch and all was accomplished in exactly the two hours I had booked. Everything was stored in the lorry securely for safe transit and re-stored at my unit exactly how and where I wanted it.
