Even it is a rainy day the driver still not willing to give me a hand to move my item and he took a really poor route not following the GPS, the trip supposed only took less than a hour even in traffic but at the end it takes more than 2 hours to finish the trip

This customer booked for self loading so the driver would not be expected to assist with the move.

This was possible the worst moving experience of my life, I paid and booked a van with the required equipment and 2 men and received nothing like this. I am in the process of making a formal complaint and I require the drivers / your insurance details for damages in my home. I am in the media and can very much escalate this, your choice how you would like to respond and rectify.
