Even though our lettings agents were late, he was happy to wait with us and was very flexible with timings (as our lettings agency kept moving the times around). An absolute delight to drive with and will certainly be booking with again if we move again anytime soon! He helped with our items and packed them into his van so that nothing would be damaged. He was very conscientious about protecting all my items during transit and strategically placed them to avoid any accidents . I had to finish up cleaning at the flat after we loaded the items and he waited patiently while I completed it. I also needed to drive ahead of him on my Motorbike and he followed me nicely. We're amazed how he was able to pack all our things into the van so tightly and securely, in much less time than we were expecting. One or two items were slightly damaged (due to the van being packed so tightly!), but nothing that we minded too much. And Ian was always very careful with our fragile and precious items.
